Well so far I bought a Samsung phone lateJuly/early August 2025......not sure.if its English????.
It will not turn on and off and now cracking around the on/off switch...
Tried to contact Customer Services by text .. emails....phone...no contact and no one has come back to me.
This is most unacceptable..wish I had never come across this company

DO NOT BUY from this company

DO NOT BUY from this company, the 5 star reviews are obviously fake. They sent me the wrong watch, then made it nearly impossible to return it. The returns page is all in Latin gibberish, and the number to call doesn’t ring. I finally spoke to a man from a call centre across the other side of the world, and they were very hesitant to give me a return address. I eventually got a return but it caused me alot of stress and it wasn’t worth the hassle. I also had to pay a high fee for the return label which they did not cover even though they sent me the incorrect watch. The watch box was also very banged up and didn’t look genuine to be honest. Be careful.

This is a farce

This is a farce, areal scam. I cancelled the purchase straight away by filling the online form because of wrong product. I placed a new order. My mails and phone calls remain un answered.

Both orders were despatched outside of the next day delivery. I got a message from Royal Mail that they have the product a week after it was due.

Avoid Arezona at all costs

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer services is almost non existent, it takes you over 20 minutes to get through and then they lie, or dismiss everything you say. On the website they have a 14 day return policy but basically ignore calls and emails to run this down or state that it only covers damaged items which is not mentioned.
Do not buy from them!!

They don’t deserve a one star it’s too much for them as in it’s highly rated movie f you give them one star, I bought a mobile phone from day one it had battery problem I contacted them and they tell me with out even seeing the phone that it is hardware related issue and that they can’t do anything about it I have paid £146.66 now I have to buy a new phone because they refuse to do anything about it .don’t buy anything from them they are scamming people beware.

Pathetic after-sales service

Well priced, but their after-sales service is beyond pathetic. In my case they're guaranteed to get a refund from the supplier, but choose to remain unresponsive. Phone line also not working. Previously communicated with "Kevin" and "George". Company belongs to Mansoor Aslam.

The wrong item has been sent

The wrong item has been sent. When I have asked for refund I have been told that I am not getting it as I have opened the packaging. I have checked their policy and that was not mentioned so I have queried it back. I have manged to sent it back but instead of the refund they still wanted to send me a different watch but I have said no as all this was too much hassle. In the end I got my money back but it was painful. Not using them again.

Super customer services

Ordered two identical items but only one showed up. Rang customer services and they immediately rectified issue and posted second item straight away. No business can guarantee 100% problem free transactions: the sign of an excellent online business is how quickly they rectify any problem. Would use again and have recommended to friends.

Good communication and customer service

I received a call from customer services informing me of my choice of colour for the iPad was unavailable. However, they can dispatch a different colour which they did on time. I received my order of iPad the next day.

Brilliant..from ordering yo dispatch great.thankyou.post office messed it up.tried to deliver twice but forgot to tell me they had actually left it at my post office 2nd time.took me 4 days to get that infomation.never mind.keeps us on our toes.
