A good product with bad subscription practices

I subscribed to a one-week plan (9.99€), but the renewal terms were not clearly and prominently disclosed at the point of purchase. I was subsequently charged for a full yearly subscription (39.99€) without what I consider clear, informed consent.
I contacted support immediately. While future payments were cancelled, the company refused to refund the charge already taken, despite the fact that I did not intend to continue the service beyond the initial period.
This raises serious concerns about transparency in subscription billing and whether users are being adequately informed about automatic renewal and pricing changes.
I have initiated a dispute through my payment provider and will escalate the matter further if needed.
If the company resolves this issue by issuing a refund, I will update or amend this review accordingly.
Update: I received the full refund. If this whole situation wouldn’t have happened, I would keep occassionally buying the weekly subscription, because I did find value in Lovi. I bought the products it recommended and I’m truly enjoying them - they do target my issues and fit me well.

I requested that it will not include K…

I requested that it will not include K beauty, yet it includes. Also I mentioned I have rosacea and it gives me acids which is just ridiculous

Worth a try

Just used it once and I liked it so far. After using it more, I may change my review to 5 star as well. The app scans your face with its AI scanner and then personalize your skincare routine. You will get various product suggestions which are easily available on amazon and there are many options to choose from with different brands and price ranges. Also, the team is very supportive, I was charged for a service by mistake and they sent me refund for it. 😊

I accidentally purchased some things I…

I accidentally purchased some things I did not mean to and was hesitant to even ask for help in resolving my issues because most companies unfortunately are just about money!
I contacted Lóvi support team and was greeted with kindness and understanding! This is absolutely the experience I am looking for and I will absolutely consider and use them in the future!
Great experience and great customer service! Seriously cannot beat that!

LOW recommendation - great customer service but lots of shortcomings in product

UPDATE: their customer service seems genuinely sincere. They offered free access but my motivation is low. Will make an effort to further reassess but the Amazon sole marketplace is a very big deal in today’s climate - if they change this, it could improve significantly.

At this stage the app appears to be really just a fancy front for a set of products all purchased through Amazon.

There is no capacity to list products that you already have and use - just a cash grab via a single selling marketplace (Amazon) for the full set of products.

So much upselling all through the process it was nauseating.

Cancelled immediately without an issue - but my suggestion is that unless you want to start from scratch and buy all items from Amazon, I would go elsewhere
