Don’t book with Lovelydays
After my review below I had an email from Clarisse saying that “as stated previously we will provide you with 50% cancellation refund”. It is not true that they had ever offered a 50% refund (I have every email received). I have sent 3 emails in response to ask how I will receive that refund and have had no response. Do not book direct with Lovelydays.

Fantastic apartment, location, and the point of contact was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that the beds are very cheap and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable - I tried them both. If they would spend a little more on the beds and bedding this apartment would be 5 stars :)

We loved our flat in London!
We loved our flat in London! That was such an amazing trip and Lovelydays was great to work with! The flat was located in a perfect part of town (Fitzrovia) - close to several Tube stations, the West End and shopping. We will definitely use their services in the future as it was seamless from start to finish.

Love the property
Love the property, ideal location. Very quiet for London. Easy to get to. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Just one small point that needs to be addressed is that there is a small step between the kitchen and the hallway and it is not highlighted as a step and we kept tripping on this.
Apart from that I would stay here again.
