Lovelydays are scammers
Lovelydays are scammers who deviously swindle building owners. They have huge rent arrears with landlords, make a mess of their flats and they are unreachable. They take out leases on companies which they then liquidate. They scammed us with our apartment in Soho, London (Romilly Street)
Hereby, we would like to retain all landlords and consumers not to deal with these scammers!
Brocken company
Brocken company, they don’t even know who is the fault and do not refund, very poor level
Owner Provence…
As owner in Provence everything was fine until 2022.We had a good and trusted relationship.
Suddenly we were not paid for summer 2022 despite an agreement .
They asked us to rent the house again this July and promissed payment.
There are 3 weeks left and still nothing, not 2022 neither a down payment.
We are very sorry for the family that had booked our house.

We rented a villa in the South of France at a premium price. The property was run down and did not provide full cleaning service as listed. More importantly we are still awaiting our 10% bond to be returned which was advised would be paid on numerous occasions with no action 2 months on. Would be extremely wary of booking through this channel.
Totally scam
Totally scam, no answers after booking, they deleted their accounts, right now impossible to get to them, that’s not human

We loved our Villa
We loved our Villa. Lovely Days was extremly accomodating and supportive of special requests to celebrate a birthday gathering. 100% recommend. PS, if you rent the Portofino, make sure you use the chef- he was the highlight of our trip!
4/7 great bands and music - worth for a 5*
The first 2 bands for me as a non-German speaker were not of great interest, I could not really enjoy them - ZZTop in German was a surprise and really genuine... On the other hand, The DOORS ALIVE was a genuine interpretation and reproduction of their music - Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek can rest in peace. The Sweet were a revival and good experience of a music I once listened to occasionally, and I recognized some of the old songs, it was a good memory of the old times and the production was also memorable. Then came a break in the rising quality and spirit of the festival: the Inner Circle was a monotonous (self technician overamplified and distorted) reggae band that could simply not keep the the standards of the other bands... BTW - Compliments to the local soundboard techs! Finally Uriah Heep gave a good selection of their 52 years of music of which guitarist Mick Box was the only permanent member - this was a great set, nicely played. The rain did not make the fans run away, it was worth staying. I missed them on the occasion of their 50th anniversary tour, so it was a very good idea to come to listen to them in Eisenstadt. Finally came Deep Purple. They made a good show and their music was great: I was surprised to see Simon McBride replacing Steve Morse, as I did not follow the news on the band. I heard Simon in Budapest, when the Don Airey band was supporting the Ian Gillan sings DP show; he is a great guitarist, and made the "standard DP show deviate from the known notes, it became variable from what has been played over the last years"... the songs were practically the same, the encore a well trained practice heard on the last 4 shows of the band over a period of 4 years, as if they knew nothing else; Fireball and many other albums were ignored, but the all time favourite, Machine Head was well represented. It was one of the best musical experiences of the year.
Great apartment in amongst all the action.
Great apartment and location. Very accomodating to our request and requirements. Would definitely stay again.

Do NOT book
LUXURY RENTAL GROUP LTD is in liquidation.
I have also had a problem with this company. I was due to stay 3 nights at the start of June. When I arrived I couldn't get access as the actual landlord had got access to the building and wouldn't allow access to lovelyday guests. I had to go somewhere else at short notice as lovelydays gave me no other help. I have not received a refund and when I checked my invoice it said "Payment to LUXURY RENTAL GROUP LTD" yet LUXURY RENTAL GROUP LTD is in liquidation. Do not give them ANY money! I am trying to get mine back but they keep ignoring me.

Booked a 2 night staycation with…
Booked a 2 night staycation with Lovelydays. It was not made clear on the site that we needed to be 25 or over, so subsequently our stay was cancelled. The full amount of the trip was withdrawn despite me not cancelling and after Lovelydays communicated that the amount would not be withdrawn from my account. When I asked to change the dates to when I would be 25 (only a few months in the future) they refused, and refused to offer a full or partial refund. Was hung up on several times by people from their customer service team who were not at all helpful. I understand that I should have read the terms and conditions before booking but they showed no flexibility in re-arranging.

Avoid Lovely Days
My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted something special. Due to Covid, we decided to have a staycation. I live in an apartment in Kensington without any outdoor space, and have always wanted to see what it must be like to have a balcony or outdoor space, not least because Covid has been incredibly difficult - I looked after my 82 year old mother who has been shielding so we had to stay indoors for first three months with no outdoors space to sit in.
The place at Lovely days was perfect - central London and 2 fantastic balconies. The check-in process was smooth and Vitalie, the agent, was great. However.... within an hour of me unpacking, a mouse ran across the living room from the kitchen under the sofa. I have had to deal with mice in my own Kensington apartment and there was no way I was going to stay for the relaxing staycation we had so looked forward to. Mice are impossible to eradicate unless all egress and exits are blocked, especially in Central London. There ensued countless communications with Lovely Days. Essentially, we had to book our own hotel for the first night. The next day, various emails and offers of alternatives, either in the same building or in apartments with no balconies. I had to explain in over half a dozen emails that we had booked this apartment specifically for the outdoor space, otherwise I may as well have stayed in my own place in Kensington. In the end, my partner and I had to find our own alternative accommodation at the last minute - not an easy task in Central London - with the outdoor space that we craved.
Aside from the stress and inconvenience, the doubt on whether I saw a mouse in the first instance which was outrageous accusation - why on earth would I lie. We were so looking forward to staying at this place (!) - more unbelievably I still have yet to receive any apology, any compensation for the nightmare experience, the substantial additional costs and even my £500 deposit.
I'm looking forward to planning our next mini-staycation break soon. Needless to say, it will be with another reliable and respectful agency who have their customer interests at heart. We will be avoiding Lovely days at all costs.

Perfect rental !
Perfect rental. The house is the reflection of the photos, it is decorated with great taste. The garden and the swimming pool are a real plus. The house is located in a peaceful area and 2 minutes from the tram is very practical. Timothy and Fanny are very friendly and always available. I highly recommend
