Hello,
I have previously placed an order through your website, which was delivered without any issues. However, with my second order, I am experiencing a problem.
According to the tracking information, the parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal service, but I have not received it. I have checked thoroughly around my property and surrounding areas, and there is no sign of the delivery.
As the parcel appears to be missing, I am unsure of its whereabouts. I am currently awaiting a response and would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter and advising on the next steps.

I've tried , but there are many other user friendly shops . Not a fan!
The browsing & purchasing is straightforward on Lovehoney, but the delivery was long, and the returns process was something else. AI kept refering to a link that didn't recognise an Irish address, it didn't provide with the shipping address nor indicated the fees.
It was getting closer to the returns deadline date when I eventually got am email response to my enquiry from an actual live person , adding that it may take up to 14 days to reach them. So whose failure that is and whose pocket will suffer I have to ask.
