Modest vibe, not the strongest
I bought a Lovehoney "G vibe" from Boots for £27. The vibrations aren't particularly strong and you need to put some "manual effort" in to get anything out of it. Other than that, the product is made of good material, is intuitive to use, easy to clean, and I appreciate how there are so many different patterns.

Sent to wrong address and no resolution
My order was delivered to the wrong house. Upon reaching out to customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because the correct address was not given at the time of the order. I auto save my address so it was correct when I placed the order. This was a huge mistake somewhere along the line. Regardless, I will NOT be shopping with LH again. Too many other companies who ARE willing to assist with maters such as this.

Bought a lush melt 2. It didnt work properly so I emailed about returning it. Never got a response. I went on the website again to chat with a live agent. It took 15 minutes for them to respond to my question. They asked me if I wanted to return it for a store credit, and I said no. Even though it had only been 10 days they wouldnt let me get a refund. I told him to let me speak to supervisor and he closed the chat. I messaged back and got a different "expert". We mysteriously got disconnected. I am tired of messing with this company and wont buy anything else.

Our records show that your initial request was based on not being satisfied with the product, rather than reporting a fault.
As per our returns policy, items cannot be returned for a refund once opened. The voucher was offered under our 100 Day Pleasure Guarantee policy, which allows you to return 1 item per order that has been opened and you are not satisfied with.
Regarding the live chat interactions, we apologise for any delays and understand how frustrating that can be. It appears the chat may have been affected by a connection issue, as our team did not intentionally end the conversation.
