Love Holidays acted upon my request to…

Love Holidays acted upon my request to amend my holiday very promptly, putting my mind at ease.
I love booking with Love Holidays, and I successfully made over six bookings with them last year. The low deposit and payments options made it so affordable, do thank uou Love Holidays!

Very disappointed

You cancelled my holiday with out giving me any options only found out by email saying my refund will be within 3 days no reason why.
It took me 3 attempts to get through on the phone 1/2 hour on hold
I found out the flights had been cancelled and they couldn’t find any suitable replacement flights but when I went on the website the same holiday was advised with a different airline
Whilst talking to the agent we got cut off and you couldn’t be bothered to call me back

Bad experience

I made a mistake on my booking and love hoildays did not even have any sympathy as it was my 7 year old birthday they could of refunded even 50% of my money I definitely will not be using them again

The MGM Mutha Golf Plaza Hotel

The hotel, situation, food, staff and cleanliness was excellent.
Staff Lola, Ivan Jose, Juan the catering staff, Teresa our cleaner was all helpful and smiling. David was at reception on our very late arrival. He was very polite, receptive and helpful.
We had booked a car for the duration of the holiday, however, when, putting in the address, we were directed to the wrong address.
I would suggest that on the booking the hotel should be mentioned as part of the MGM Hotel chain. It took us over an hour and a bit to find the Golf Plaza Hotel. We got in around 1am.
The only negative.
