If I could give a negative star rating

If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

I ordered in October of 2021, it is now May 2022. I never received a package. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram, everything you can think of and have not once received a response from them. I went back and forth with my bank for months trying to dispute the charge to get my money back and finally just gave up and took a loss on the $90 because I was so done dealing with the frustration of it all. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. Absolutely terrible. Can’t believe it’s still up and running.

Shipping took 4 months when I finally…

Shipping took 4 months when I finally got my box it had 4 items when advertised it was full. I filed a dispute with my bank a while back because they don’t offer any way to get ahold of them other than Instagram and they don’t even respond there. Would never recommend this company or buy from them again. I can see why they have a 1.7 star review now after looking into it. Don’t ever trust tiktok…

Do not waste your money!

Ordered in February. Supposedly shipped March 6. By the end of April I sent 2 emails, chatted on their customer page, and filed a claim with the shop app. No response. Suddenly a package showed up today... inside 4 broken, water damaged piece of crap items! (Note- the exterior shipping box was not damaged, only the unpacked items inside). They advertised a box full of items- I got 4. They advertised a box of items that were unopened. All of mine were opened. And they were all broke! Garbage customer service and a waste of money. I never write reviews but this was absolutely too much to ignore.

Ordered Twice, But got Nothing!

I have ordered twice. The first time I got a tracking number that never was tendered to the shipper. When I reached out to them, I was issued a refund and a discount code. So the next drop I tried again. Now I have still not gotten my order and they have not responded to any of my attempts to reach out to them. Total Scam!

Updated, tried again and the site just stole my money, gave me no order number and they have not answered any customer service request (at least 10 by now) since September. They are thieves. Do not buy.

Don't do it!!!!!

I saw this on TikTok and decided to give it a try. I ordered a box in the summer and received it fairly quickly. The box had some fun stuff in it and definitely some duds but I was able to gift some of it and I felt it semi-worth it at the time. I decided to try again because I received a discount code from Lost Loots that offered a pretty good discount. I order the box on February 1. Per my order it would be shipped out between 7-21 days. So I waited and watched. March 15th rolled around and still no box and no notification of if the box was shipped. I eamiled them and inquired about my order. I then received an email response that they were looking into it. Well two days later I see a notification that a FedEx lable had been created. I'm thinking, "Great! My box is finally shipping." According to FedEx the lable has been created and that is all. Nothing, nada, zip... I have tried contacting them and have yet to receive a response. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since I have purchased from them before. But now I think they took my money and ran. I think I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will dispute the charge with my bank as fraud.

If I could rate them a zero.

If I could rate them a zero I would.

I purchased a box that was suppose to be $250 but with a promo I was able to get it for $99. I was really excited until the day the package came. There was about about 9 items In box. Two pieces of clothing, beach toys, kids size 4 water shoes, pair of glass, and a doggie care seat and a few other items. All it all the total for the item based on Amazon prices total right around the $100 mark. So I guess you can say I got what I paid but for what the company say it is… it’s not.

When I contacted the company about it on TikTok they asked me to reach out to them on Instagram so I did. I have sent multiple messages with zero response and they keep deleting the tiktok videos any time anyone post and negative comment about their scam.

Bad company. Rip off

I have been waiting for my package 6 weeks. Can not get them to respond to emails or other messages. The first order I did get but took 4 weeks. Not sure I got $100 worth of stuff. I will file a claim through my bank

DO NOT buy from them

I ordered a box 10/25, I never received it so I asked for a refund beginning of November and I have still not gotten it. Customer service is a joke. I am out $71 because of them. They are a scam, don't buy from them.

Zero Stars is more appropriate

I placed an order for two boxes in Nov…

I placed an order for two boxes in Nov 2021, and communicated with them for a long time over Instagram. Multiple times they made promises, and then multiple times a different one of the owners would pop on and retract what the last one said. Most recently they messaged me at the end of January saying that my boxes had shipped, but here we are multiple weeks later, the tracking number they gave me has never updated and I have not received anything. I am considering sending them to small claims court.

I have been trying to get ahold of this…

I have been trying to get ahold of this company since October and have gotten no response. I received a “tracking number” back in November but they never actually shipped the item. They are full of liars and thieves and don’t have any consideration for other people. Finally received my “products” and I can definitely tell you that it was NOT worth my time or effort. The “mystery” box was things that had already been gone through and picked over. There was nothing useful or fun or interesting at all in the box and it definitely was not worth what was paid.

*****SCAM ALERT*****

Do NOT fall for this! They will promptly charge your card and eventually they will send you a tracking number, but never ship your order. Luckily I was able to work with my bank and recoup my money. Shame on them for taking advantage of people and I hope one day it comes full circle.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. It's a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered my package, they sent bogus FedEx tracking number. When I checked the tracking on FedEx's website it showed the label had been created but a package was never dropped off to a delivery location. Lost Loots stopped responding to me after about a month. No refund received and no package received.

No communication, No package.

Sadly, like many others I ordered on October 27th, 2021. Within two weeks I received a text message stating they were behind in shipment but they were working on it. I received an invalid tacking number in November. Two weeks later, the shipping label had been created with weight but Fedex has not received any package as of 1/2/22.
I have emailed over 5 times and I have also tried the "chat with us now" box on their website. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because it seemed like it was two brothers just getting the business started. I have had zero response in months. On the "chat now", all it will tell me is that my order has been confirmed.
I really wanted this to work out and truly gave them more than enough time and chances. At this point, with no communication and the fact that they have a new launch of packages selling now does not sit right with me.

I recommend not ordering from this place - you might as well go buy your own lost packages. Cut out the middle man, disappointment and hassle.

Where is the “zero stars” option? I was scammed like most others. Ordered in October. Was given the run around. Fake FedEx label created. Never received anything as of December 28th. Hopefully karma does its thing.

Do not order!!!

Ordered October 26, received a notice on November 9th that my order shipped.
Tracking didn’t populate any information until November 18 and FedEx says they’ve never received the shipment. I’ve emailed the company multiple times to give them benefit of the doubt but they never responded. I filed a charge back with my credit card company. This place is a scam!!!
