If this is a legit website how is it when I tried to get to it it says it won't even let me go to the website because it is dangerous and a high risk

Horrible! Paid for a box and had to EMEA Il so many times to even get a response. Finally got the box over three months later and it was full of absolute garbage except Apple AirPods. Packaged exactly as Apple would except they are completely FAKE. Do not purchase from this company. Total rip off artists.

Never trust lostloots you will get screwed ,they don't answer phone nor reply to emails even worse it says the address cant be found ,don't trust the positive reviews .EVER If there was a 0 star rating that would still be to much.

SCAM. Run Forest, RUN.
They sent me an order number, but when you click on it, it says the storefront is closed. Sent an email to customer service, and it came back as being an invalid address.

I order the big 100 piece super mystery box. Got a notification today to say it had arrived. When I turned up at home all excited only to find a lil box with cheap ear pods. Don't know what happened to the other 99 items but this is not worth it. First and last time for sure.

I cannot call this a scam but they are giving you nothing good. They send you amazon returns or amazon lost items that are worth very little. All the items are useless unless you have the original product to supplement it. Today I received my box after about three weeks. There was a pack of LED plant growth lamps (useless), MPOW gaming headset for boys (useless), a fast charger for P5 controller (useless) and a pack of bath bombs Homsay brand (must have a bathtub). The items are not worth one hundred fifty dollars as they advertised the box is worth and even though I paid 90 dollars all the items do not equal that. Lost loots is nothing like you see on TikTok, so do not let your curiosity get the best of you and save your money. There wasn't a single useful item in the box.
Also keep your receipt because they try to get the reviews down. Keep your receipt forever so you have the proof when you write an honest review. They are trying to take down my review.

I received my box and it has 4 items in it. All items could be purchased on amazon. The total value was a lot LESS than I paid. This is a SCAM. Why would ANYONE buy a random grab bag of goods worth LESS than they paid for them? I reached out to the company explaining that the good they sent were worth less than the cost of the box and their response was "I understand that you might be sad about this situation. However, we already clearly mentioned on our website that we don't accept returns and refunds." I followed up again and they offered a discount if ordered another box. I said I don't want another box, I want to return my items or at least get a free box. Their response was basically "well, sometimes you screwed and sometimes you get a good box." They then blocked my email account. I spoke to my credit card company and the response was "this type of thing is a very common scam. If the exact goods aren't specified, they can send you can ANYTHING, worth ANY amount, and there is nothing you can do to get your money back"

update: the company waited a month and then tried to challenge my review as fake.

Received about $60 worth of stuff on a $100 mystery box. all Walmart cheap s*** not worth it. Won't order again....

I ordered a electronics mystery box and first off I was impressed with how fast I got it. I was reading comments on posts and reviews that said it would take at least a month but I got it in 4 days. With the mystery box I was expecting maybe a few headphones or something like that and a fan but I got 8 items that I couldn't believe. I got a nice massage gun and even a VR headset. It was amazing 100/10 for lost loots.

One of the best mystery boxes iv ever gotten! Iv bought from another company before and it sucked! But lostloots got me right! I received a ipad along with some Louis vuitton merchandise, definitely gonna have to order again.

You should definitely buy it! You’ll receive great products for a lower price. The experience is awesome!!!
