Excellent quality, although a little expensive. My puppy loves her new personalised crate. Delivery was very good.

Great product, great service.

The cat tree is just lovely. It's well made, from quality materials, and was packaged in a strong box. My cat has been reluctant to use it so far, but takes a while to adjust to change. I'm sure she will love the cat tree once she has ventured onto it.

Ordered metallic silver/gold medium size bed a small grey bed arrived.. then tried to charge £10 to return it.

Gate arrived very quickly well-packaged in large container. Delighted with the quality of the material used to make this mini fence. Boisterous Collie sits obediently while I open the door for visitors, instead of knocking them down in his excitement. Love this gate so much I am ordering a second one.

We were generally very happy with our purchase from Lords & Labradoodles. The play pen itself met expectations, with just one small detail unfortunately arriving faulty. That said, the customer support team handled the situation promptly and very much in a “customer first” spirit. The first replacement piece has been lost or significantly delayed in transit from the warehouse, but as soon as we got in touch, they quickly arranged for a second replacement piece to be sent. Communication throughout was excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

A really nice quality and easy to use dog crate. the only issue was the height of the door which caused our two minature dachshunds some problems getting in and out, we had to build them a small ramp to prevent the undercarriage catching!

The experience from start to finish was good, arrived in good time and easy to build.

Consistently great British products! This time a smart roll -up bed for a full grown Labrador, ready for summer ferry trips, dog friendly cottages and new places to sleep! We tested it out at home and there was no hesitation in making himself comfy. Good quality fabric, supportive and very smart toggles to tie it up. Also love the carry handle :)
