Painful customer service
So incredibly painful trying to get any information from customer service when enquiring about products sizes and dimensions. I can only assume the Labradors are running the department!!

I have raised an issue with part of my order the same day that it was delivered and have chased this up twice and I am still no further forward. It's our first time using this company and not a great start.
I was going to seek a solution to exchange but due to no updates/solutions I will now be returning for a refund.

Crate and bed of excellent quality
We ordered a dog bed and crate package and they were delivered separately, which was a bit odd but since we were home it worked either way. The crate assembled easily and the bed fits in well. We love the sturdy metal base and the crate doesn’t wobble when the door gets opened like other crates we’ve seen before do. The bed seems comfy and we hope that our pup will love it. Very happy with our purchase

Sadly the experience is one I will be happy to forget, I bought 2 items, returned one and the customer service has been terrible, they approved request to return and then told me they couldnt get it collected as it was to heavy unless I paid £15, I sent it back on 22nd June, it is now 12th July and still no refund. Judy in customer service on other end of emails is plain unhelpful. I'd like my money back please.

Malmo climber (our 5th part of the range!)
This is our 5th cat wall part from L&L, it looks amazing and our ragdolls love it. It's stylish, comfy, sturdy.
The only thing I'm a bit disappointed with is that the last two items were not the best quality I'd expect for the price. This one came without 2 pre drilled holes. Not to be fussy as it was solved in 2 secs with a drill but still for the price quality control could be better.
Otherwise happy with the purchase and highly recommend. Delivery was super quick!

Top quality crate and cover for my precious pup!
The crate and cover arrived two days before it was due which was great. I was kept informed of the delivery status all the way from ordering to delivery. The quality of the crate and cover are top class, I am looking forward to ordering more once my puppy has grown. I wanted the best for my pup and I definately have it from Lords & Labradors.
