I have never been compelled to write a…
I have never been compelled to write a bad review but in dealing with Lordgun I had to.
I returned two tyres that unfortunately did not fit my bike wheels, they were extremely tight. Fine, I packaged them up in a shipping bag from another cycling complany, in which I received some items, the bag was in perfect condition, other than it had been previously opened. I ensured the bag was taped up extremely well and posted to Irongun. Please bear in mind the tyres had been issued to me in a bag from Lordgun themselves, not boxed up then bagged, just a bag.
Lordgun contacted me to advise the bag had arrived in unsuitable (not damaged) packaging, no mention of damaged tyres and that they would not be accepting my refund and I had to pay them postage to return the tyres back to me (?!).
I have tried now on a few occasions to refute this but they have remained adamant that they will not refund me (they have now forgotten about the demand for me to pay them to post back), even though the tyres are clearly undamaged. The reason being unsuitable packing.
My argument to this is how can anyone be responsible for how your post is handled once in transit?
I have received no photos, nothing. So there is no evidence, just their word.
Having now seen other reviews of this company, I wish I had not purchased from them.
NB:
Response from Lordgun just proves my point. No damage to the tyres whatsoever, but they will not issue a refund because the packaging was not the ‘specific’ packaging they suggest it should be. They can happily re-sell the tyres and leave me out of pocket. Double bubble for them - sorry but they are scammers!

Good price delivered in good time accepting they come from Ireland
I ordered Magura MT7 brakes
I ordered Magura MT7 brakes, and they were delivered from Italy to the UK within two days. Even with import duties, the overall cost was more economical.

I’ve order a number of items for delivery to the UK. Despite Lordgun being in Italy I’ve always received the items the next day. That’s quicker than if I order from within the uk. Quality service and items always spot on.
Fast shipping at very fair prices

Excellent communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended. Would shop with Lordgun again.
If you're happy to wait it's worth it
Took a while to be delivered but I knew that would be the case. I'm in the UK and it came from Italy with no problems, also didn't get hit with any import fees. Package arrived in perfect condition and I'm very happy, I will be using this site again.

I have used this company on many occasions and never had any problems, orders delivery quickly.
Easy to use website with competitive prices.
I have used Lordgun several times. As long as the parts are in stock I have found they are usually very competitive. You have to take into account the shipping which costs more so worth it when buying at least 2 items or more. Shipping is usually quite quick taking into consideration its coming to the UK from Italy. I will continue to use them.
Misleading product photos and dismissive customer service
Ordered a helmet from Lordgun.co.uk that looked completely different from the pictures on their website — a clear case of a misleading product listing. When I contacted their customer service, they admitted the photos were wrong, but only offered €10 as compensation.
I declined and requested a full refund and coverage for the return shipping, which seemed reasonable given it was their mistake. Instead, they told me to destroy the helmet and send photos as proof. This made the whole refund process feel unprofessional and dismissive.
Very disappointing experience and poor return policy handling. I regret ordering from them and would not recommend this shop to anyone who expects accuracy and accountability.

Always a great service!
Always a great service!
Great web shop with a good stock of quality brands and items.
The processing and delivery of orders to Qatar it's always very quick.
I totally recommend this shop!
Beware this is NOT a UK website, you will be caught out by hidden fees
TLDR I paid over £100 to try on a helmet...
I bought a helmet for £151 from lordgun, it's a UK website so I assumed it would arrive from the UK. I didn't pay enough attention to the fine details (which were not on the first page when viewing products to buy) to see my helmet would actually be sent from Italy.
I paid £13 for postage, was hit with a £50 import tax, and then found the size was way way off and I had to return it.
I then had to pay another £20 in postage, and another £25 import tax to Italy. I sent them the Italy import tax email, which they then paid and took off my refund without first asking if I was ok with that.
I don't think it's fair I should have to pay 100% of the cost as it was the incorrect labelled size that meant I had to return it to begin with. At the very least I think they should be paying the import tax to their own country if I have to do it for mine.
They have lost nothing and can keep the helmet to resell, I have lost over £100 with nothing to show for it.
I'm now seeing lots of other people from the UK caught out by the .co.uk website, and then Lordgun just reply telling people "You should have checked our legal page that shows we are in Italy". WHY NOT PUT IT ON THE ACTUAL PRODUCT PAGE BEFORE CHECKOUT TO WARN PEOPLE, with so many others falling victim for the same thing you must know you are tricking people at this point and something needs to be done about this.
If they try to reply with some excuse to this review, please give any reason why you can't warn customers of the extra fees on the initial product page like other websites such as Amazon and Ebay do if shipping international. Why have you made it harder to find in a separate legal page or halfway through the checkout process on a .co.uk domain. (Looks like they replied with no excuse to why they can't better inform customers where they are truly based. They have put much more effort into appearing like a UK based website than they have into warning customers about where they are truly based.)

Always a great purchase experience
Always a great purchase experience. I've ordered many times and always get things shipped quickly to Canada. I was a bit surprised to see the lower ratings here. It's always been a positive experience on my side. 5 stars from me.

Bought two inner tubes with Priority 1/2 day delivery, the delivery company attempted to deliver 7 days later, I was no longer at the property. They charged me 35€ for this, never received. Refused to do anything about this.

Great product but long delivery times and evasive customer service
The product was great and at a great price point. However, they advertise the product as available within 7 days, and then their T&Cs give them 50+ days to deliver it. They were not honest about the delivery timetable when questioned and they continued advertising the product as available within 7 days, while telling me it would take 3 weeks.
ORDERED NOT RECEIVED
I ordered a product on 08/08/25. No goods received. I have queried this with them, they have acknowledged that there has been an error in delivery and that the package has been sent back to their FACILITY. They will not refund until they have received said item. Poor service, well actually no service some seven weeks after my order was placed.
