I ordered 2 boxes of 12 protein bars and was delivered 2 boxes of 10 protein bars! Not happy at paying for products I haven’t received. I emailed nearly a week ago and had no response at all.

Everything was okay apart from slow delivery. When I cancelled my subscription. They still took my money and didn't deliver any more protein bars.

Had to put a merchant block with my bank and raise a dispute to get money back. I called them and the guy hung up on me immediately.

Great price & delivery spot on.

Bad customer service. I am still trying to understand the lack of care I received from London Supplements' customer service. Even when I managed to get in touch, the customer service rep I spoke with could have been more unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving my problem. I am still awaiting a response to my second email; it's been seven days.

I like the friendly service, the chats and their honesty. is not a shop that will just sell you stuff for sake of selling, but instead they sell you items as per your like and needs and they give good advise. the team is so much more clued up on supps. and accessories than Im. Glad to be going to London Supplements for shopping (and when items not in stock they happily refund...how lovely :-)

I ordered products over one week ago and it still haven't been sent. I sent email with advice when it gonna be sent - no respond. I needed ASAP, I still don't know when it gonna be sent.

Ordered protein powder on 19th February. Missed connection with courier and so has never been delivered. There has been no apology made and communication has been incredibly slow with no replacement or refund received. I would never order from this company again!

Very unprofessional and slow response time from support. My first order got misplaced and then I had to wait another week for getting my order. I better pay 5 extra and buy it from Amazon.

I have been using this company since July 2022 buying Optimum Nutrition Whey 4.5kg. I notice they don't have too many good reviews here but I must say I have not experienced any issues during my time ordering with this company. I continue to use them for this product which I order every two to three months.

AVOID! I ordered £150 worth of protein, BCAA and pre work out - the full order was delivered later than promised, and then the pre work out was missing from delivery. It’s been over a month now, despite several emails from me, London supplements have done nothing to help.

bought a box of 12 Grenade protein bars from their online store, hoping they could be my new source for these (I buy a box a month online). received a damaged - crushed, torn - box containing squashed bars; they had been sent in only a jiffy bag - any other seller would send these fragile items in a sturdy box to withstand handling in the post. I contacted seller but they would not replace or refund saying they could not be held responsible (for the condition of goods a customer receives), even in knowledge they would lose my future custom and incur bad reviews. avoid this store - plenty of other places to buy these online.
