Order never arrived

Order never arrived. When rang after waiting 5 days the rude owner promised to speak to yodel and get back to me she didn’t so I chased it up immediately she was very defensive, abrupt no apology lied she’d sent me email will send a replacement, was told replacement will be sent as it’s lost.. No reply to email so ring again was told with such attitude it will be dispatched today, have email to prove this. When rang the next day for the tracking link, again very rude says it will now be today and she never said yesterday. Asked her to read the email, when proven wrong she went childish going lalala. She doesn’t listen very immature, this is after waiting more than a week. So arrogant and childish. Not one apology for the delay. Do not order

I ordered what I thought was Hazelnut …

I ordered what I thought was Hazelnut and white chocolate protein powder and got mint.
Then I went back on it to check, the item did not change picture, even if you go on mint, it shows the same all the time, the white chocolate one.
I had to pay the postage, 9 days later told it could take up to 9 more days. Not impressed with the attitude of some of the call takers. I did call 2 different numbers one day, but answered the second day when I called back. Not impressed.

Slow Delivery, Zero Support – Disappointed!

I placed an order on Tuesday, 7th January, at 13:25. Impressively, it was marked as "dispatched" just over two hours later, which initially gave me a great impression of their efficiency. The only available shipping option was Royal Mail Tracked 48, promising delivery by Thursday, or Friday at the latest.

However, when I checked the Royal Mail tracking, it only showed that a shipping label had been generated – Royal Mail hadn’t actually received the parcel. This status didn’t change until Thursday. Concerned, I reached out to London Supplements via email to ask about the delay and when I could expect my parcel – more on their lack of response later.

By Friday, when I’d expected delivery at the latest, the tracking finally updated to confirm Royal Mail had received the package. The parcel wasn’t delivered until Monday, 13th January. This far exceeded the promised 48-72 hour delivery timeframe, stretching to six days.

Adding to the frustration, the email I sent to London Supplements about the delay was ignored.

While their prices are competitive, potential customers should be cautious. Delivery times can be much longer than advertised, and you might not receive a response if you have any issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. In 2024, prompt deliveries and good communication are essential, and this falls short on both counts.

I've just had a reply from their team, which stated:

"Hi Dave

We have checked the royal mail online tracking; this shows delivered today

Regards"

Not really great communication when the only time they will respond is after the item is delivered.

Order arrived promptly but the packs…

Order arrived promptly but the packs inside were ripped. After having sent the pictures with the packs clearly inside the box they had the cheek to suggest that two tightly packed 4.5 kg packets of whey protein would only be damaged if the box they arrived in was damaged.
Never ordering from their again

Terrible service. RUDE customer service.

Terrible service, SHAMBOLIC RUDE customer service.

Placed and order online on a Thursday night, was supposedly processed Friday. Delivery supposedly within 3-5 working days. Tracking vai their chosen service (Yodel) consistently says 'still with sender'.

No delivery by day 4, tracking still says 'still with sender', resulting in telephone call after looking for their telephone number online because nobody answers the number on their website. Was told it would reach by Day 5.

No delivery by Day 5, still says 'still with sender' resulting in 2nd call. Was told they would have to raise it with Yodel, and I would get an email by Monday, 9 days after. NO Email.

Goods finally deliverered on day 7, no apology, no explanation, no email. When I called on day 9 asking for explanation, was told my previous emails were never received. When I offered to resend it I was told 'there was no point'.

As a first time customer of this rubbish company, it will also be my last. May you never waste your time and and money on these unprofessional, rude, useless people.
