Like most people here, items take too long for shipment, are badly made and sizes are garbage. Have contacted them for a refund but no response! Avoid this business¬!!!

ZERO stars - Ordered exercise mat 3 weeks ago - no confirming email - no response from customer services - they've taken my money but I have no product and can't get hold of anyone after three weeks - will never use them again.....should have read other people's reviews first !!!!!

Had to give 1 star but in truth they are 0 stars. They advertise free shipping and it's only after payment has been made they deduct £4.99 for shipping protection which I never asked for. Seems like a scam and I am reporting them to trading standards. I cancelled the order straight away and sent them a message which they have not replied to. I will ask my bank to cancel the payment.

I ordered a shirt and it was too small. I wanted to return this item. Customer service took days to reply, then when they finally did reply they offered 25% off to keep the said item. I by this stage wanted a returns address, which they did provide eventually, & the address was in China & would have taken 50% of the purchase price plus china customs duty so I took the offer of 25% refund........I haven't heard from them in weeks. Its unlikely that they would have refunded anyway. I think they are a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality beach shorts XL was z medium nylon the cheapest quality fitting is terrible. They do not dry quickly either. Delivery also wasa nightmare .

WARNING- Do not order from this company. Had to give one star to review but in truth it should zero. The company has a London address but ships from the far east and take about 3 weeks to arrive. The clothing was poor quality (think Shein without the Shein pricetag). You have to email them to arrange a return - they'll ignore you. I've had to go through Visa chargeback to attempt refund. Don't entertain them.

Not happy. They sent me wrong size. I wanted refund and was told instead choose option to send back but postage would cost me an arm n leg so then they said keep sandals and theyl give 25% refund. If i get shoe replaced they said il have to pay shipping of £8.50. Absolute rip off

Purchased 2 large mens long sleeved polo / shirts

Firstly the product took ages to arrive from Hong Kong

Secondly the material is poor quality and not what expected

Thirdly the sizing of the product is incorrect (too small)

Lastly no response from customer service - therefore my advise is not to purchase anything from this company, unless you want to be disappointed and seemingly cant reach them for a refund

This company are complete charlatans be warned!
I bought a beige pleated skirt which arrived really late. When it did arrive it was far too short.
I contacted them and they asked me for photo evidence when I sent it that was when they stopped communicating.

I bought a shirt online from Londonrd. The shirt delivered was too small. I tried contact Londonrd but did not receive a reply. I contacted Trading Standards who are aware of the business. Londonrd appears to be operated out of a private address in London. I have asked for a refund on my credit card which has yet to resolved. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam.

Trying to get a refund and no one is responding. Gillet I ordered was total rubbish, really badly made in China!

Swimsuit very poor quality-nothing like picture online. Never again

The product is dreadful. 'Tweed' embroidered ladies jacket. Just nylon printed rubbish at £49 I can't believe how stupid ive been. Portray as UK company - products take forever shipped from Hong Kong. Return policy - not on sale items. Everything they sell is a sale item. Total rip off - be warned, don't do what I did.

Trying to return for a refund is impossible. They try every trick in the book to stop the return. The return address in Hong Kong is not a warehouse it is a virtual office. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Cheap, poor quality clothing. I have been trying to get a refund for two travel suits and I am now being totally ignored. I have already returned one suit to Hong Kong and I’m waiting for my refund. However from what I’ve discovered since then I probably will not hear from them again.

Ordered a pair of Suede Brown Shoes.
They arrived in a wrapped bag. Once opened it is clear to see that the shoes are from a cheap factory in China. Very poor quality and certainly not suede as described. The high value placed on these shoes is beyond misleading. I requested a refund three times and have been totally ignored.
Do not waste your money on these cheap and poor quality products. You have been warned.

I bought 2 separate items I can not use costing £100

I bought a 1TB SanDisk micro-SD card. Paid £60, at an alleged 45% discounted rate. However it's a fake copy. I tried to copy music files to it but no joy. I then downloaded the storage data test software, H2testw, and it transpires that 7GB is usable, but 993GB is corrupt.

I first emailed LondonRd on 22 Apr, when I thought it might be fake, but had no response. I emailed again on 27 Apr to confirm it definitely was fake so I await a response.

Still no response as of 14 May 26!! Avoid Londonrd.com - I definitely feel scammed

’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from LondonRD. I paid £57 for a shirt that is shockingly poor quality — thin material, awful stitching, and nothing like what was advertised on the website. It honestly feels like something worth a fraction of the price, and I later found what appears to be the exact same item selling elsewhere on TEMU for around £12.99.

The branding is also very misleading. The website gives the impression of being a UK-based company, but the item was clearly shipped from overseas (Hong Kong), which explains why delivery took far longer than expected.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Attempts to get in touch have gone unanswered, leaving no support when issues arise. To make matters worse, if you want to return the item, you’re expected to cover international shipping costs yourself — which is unreasonable given the quality concerns.

Overall, this feels like a classic case of overpricing and misrepresentation. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Bought a leather jacket, took an age to get here, only to find the size XL was absolutely tiny. tried to return the product but they will not respond to emails etc. Another very dodgy Chinese company pretending to be something they are not. Very unhappy.
