Very efficient
Very efficient. Like that I can track the driver and to know he was going to be a few minutes late. I always book for a car to come earlier than needed just in case and so got to our destination bang on time. Very pleasant driver and also a very good driver as well. Highly recommended.

Awful service
Awful service. Paid for greet and meet and the driver had outstanding parking debts with the airport car park and could not go inside. Waited over an hour and at the end had to come outside to find the driver. Not once was an apology given and even when calling it was all made sound as if it was my fault

After returning from a late night…
After returning from a late night flight into Gatwick, I was made to wait over an hour on a pre booked taxi. I was offered a £13 refund and 10% off next booking Which is ridiculous considering g the inconvenience. The whole point of pre booking is so the driver can be there on time and roadworks etc should have been checked in advance . When I phoned I kept being told driver will be there in 10 minutes or he will be there in 15 min and this continued until.an hour had gone by he finally arrived at half past midnight. Needless to say this was a terrible experience to go through.

The driver Ahmed was extremely pleasant. He took back roads so that we did not have to sit in any traffic. The reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because he was not waiting for us by Costa as stated on London Radio Car's website and I had to call the office to find out where he was. However, the person I spoke to was like Ahmed very polite and friendly. I will definitely use this car service again.
