Probably a scam.
We booked Kemble to Bibury a month before. The price fixed was £35 each way. I even made a call 2 days before to confirm the booking, which they did. But on the day of journey, some other person came to pick us up that wasn’t from Radio Cars as he said…ended up charging us £53 each way by meter

Perfect - we‘ll book again
Our flight had a delay of nearly an hour. In spite of that our driver got in contact immediately after landing and guided us very well to our meeting spot. Transport to Central London was safe and as fast as possible. Great job!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, the car arrived about 7 minutes late - apparently there was a 'road closure'. Fortunately, as this was 04.30 pick up and the time was made up with no time lost at LHR due to very light traffic; but I had to call in to see if the car was actually coming. Otherwise it would have been a 5* rating.
