Furious!
I thought I had cancelled back in April for a quarterly subscription
I then received a next batch and tried to cancel (reason was that I wasnt home for a long time as I was caring for my Mother who was in final days - and had died the day before) They said it was too late and sent it anyway. They did not reply when I asked to cancel - even after several emails. I then struggled to find the place to cancel the subscription - and many pages to cancel. Notably - I didnt get a confirmation!!!!! I then checked back in April - and I had also tried to cancel with them back in April Furious!

I am not fan of instant coffee but this one taste amazing. Highly recommend

Have been using the Flow blend for well over a year and have ditched normal coffee completely. 1 a day is normally enough but depending on how the day goes I sometimes have a Mojo or Zen in the afternoon. I drink it straight up black as I would my normal coffee and it keeps me going all day. Can't rate the products enough, always offer it to friends and family when they visit. The Loyalty scheme for subscribers is fab !each order makes you feel special but when it's a gift order I get excited ☺️ . Customer service is also wonderful. If you haven't tried already give it a go !

Prompt service. A great brand, if you havent tried it yet, get on it!!

I've been subscribing to this company because I love their Nootropics coffee.
It's delicious.
The personalised card in each order is a lovely touch.
I recommend this product to anyone who likes a little treat everyday.

They don’t send reminders to let you know your order / subscription is coming up.
Other companies do it, so obviously it’s not difficult.
They also cannot delete old / no longer in use subscriptions. As such you need to take the payment option off yourself.
Just another company with a less than adequate subscription platform.

I've been having a flow coffee every morning now for a year and relish that time and the few hours after it. It's a really great product with nice branding and clearly a very friendly and helpful team behind it :)

​I’m not usually a big coffee drinker, but while working on a flight a couple of days ago, I met Zain from London Nootropics. He very kindly handed me a sample pack of his coffee sachets to try, and I’m so glad he did.
​The first thing I noticed was the smell; Flow smelled absolutely incredible before I'd even made it yesterday, and it tasted lovely. This morning, I’m drinking Mojo made with milk instead of water, and it’s even better—so smooth and delicious.
​It's still a bit too early for me to speak on the health benefits since I've only just started. However, as I'm completely new to the aviation industry and navigating the symptoms of menopause, I am really hoping these will help with the brain fog and daily energy! Based on the incredible taste and smell alone, I am already genuinely looking forward to trying Zen tomorrow morning. A wonderful find!

PERI MENO LADIES YOU WILL NOT REGRET BUYING THIS STUFF!
I have been suffering with a terrible bout of brain fog for about 18 months now, not much help from the doc - I am "Too Young" to have peri and am left to fend for myself.

I had been thinking about trying these but the price put me off, but as fortune would have it my boss was using them and I asked if they were any good - he gave me a few to try and WOAH!!!

There is a certain week in the month when thinking just escapes me and it is really hard when you need to be on the ball for work; I was making silly mistakes left, right and center - which made me worry and created a cycle of anxiety.

These coffees are now a non negotiable addition to my day, I have one when I get to work and another before the afternoon slump and I feel more present than I have done for a while.

I suffer anxiety and am caffine sensitive so was a bit wary but the blend is excellent, I haven't been erratic or jittery.....

I also want to add, I just bought the hamper box which is the best value per cup but the split was just between Mojo, Flow and Zen - I have really grown to love the Mush love so was sad to see that I couldn't factor into the split...

I added a note to see if the "Mush Love" could be added, and my box has just arrived and guess what - yes!! The lovely person who processed my order read it and added the very much loved "Mush Love" to my hamper - so thank you for that!

This makes the pricing etc feel a little less painful knowing there is a team behind the web page who listen and take action!!

I only have one suggestion; I opted for the hamper box as its the best value and I genuinely need the 2 a day to function (When at work); I didn't have an issue paying for this but I think you could really tap into the peri market by offering a split pay option for the hamper boxes for the ladies that might not have access to that lump sum in one hit.....

I really believe this product has changed my day to day so much I would like every lady suffering peri meno brain fog to have the chance to try this product;

Coffee arrived very quickly. It tastes great and it is always fun to decide which flavor to start my day with. Mojo, Zen and Flow keep me alert and focused.

I have been subscribing to them for some time now .
I only have one coffee per day , and I like it to be part of a mindful ritual to set up me up for the day, especially if I can take it outside to enjoy in the garden 🫶🏼☀️☺️

There is something quite special about these little sachets of adaptogenic coffees , from the flavours , to how calm they make you feel , and I always look forward every morning to enjoying my first drink of the day .
Their customer service team are fast to respond and are always very helpful.
These coffee sachets are perfect to travel with , and because of the lovely packaging and box they come in , they do make a lovely gift .

Be wary of their subscriptions. They don’t give you a heads up before they charge unlike other regular subscriptions I have like Smol. It left (ironically) a sour taste in my mouth, as I would have changed the flavours I got in my order had I been reminded.

It makes London Nootropics come across as simply after your money & I don’t want to engage with companies like that.

I saw this coffee on instagram recommended by Fede Amati . I trust her so I bought it as I always have Caffè Nero everyday . It was delicious.! I felt great all day with loads of energy. I can’t rate it highly enough. If your into coffee, the flavour is really good. No bitterness . I’m going on holiday and they are in these really handy portable sachets . Perfect! I dont think I would go back to Nero now. Also the saving alone is worth it . More value than buying a Nero everyday , which is £80 a month!!!!

In the ever increasing market of mushroom/adaptogen beverages. I have taken 'free sample packs' of alot of main companies
Including the main dealer - Spacegoods. So I am becoming a bit of a conusiur of adaptogen drinks

Don't get me wrong Spacegoods Matcha is great! But, I find London Nootropic to be the masterclass in this category
It's not just down to taste and price. It is down to the actual adaptogens doing what they claim!
