Like other recent reviews, trying to buy a product online. Tried couple of times and get either cart page is unauthorised or won't allow me to check out. Also tried chatbot but it permanently says agents are either away or busy. It also asks you to leave your email address. No way. Feels like a scam business.

I cannot place an order online. I have emailed the company twice, no reply. There is no contact phone no. Complete waste of time

LLS advertise an 18 Year Old anCnoc Highland Single Malt for £69.99 (a very good price) but when I tried to check out I got "Access to londonliquorstore.com was denied" (this after logging in and creating an account, and also trying using both Chrome and Edge). I've tried messaging them but no response so far. Is is possible that this is a scam offer to attract people to their site?? Surely not!! :-(

The customer service at this liquor store makes me happy. When I ordered a bottle of wine online, the store took care of my order quickly, and I got it ahead of time.

Ordered a Patron cafe xo , first bottle was damaged in transit but quick call and 2nd was sent out same day.

Delivery of wine was so quick I couldn’t believe it!

Never received my goods as they got broken in transit,was only informed of this when I received an email telling me I was getting a refund I then emailed them to ask why and they said they had sent an email telling me why, which I never received by the way 😕 then told one of the items was now out of stock, very unhappy 🙁
