I bought the Lomi product not just because it was appealing but because it was a great product . Subsequently we had an issue with it one year later and I contacted the company , who have now been very supportive.

The response team was quick to reply and gave me good advice about how to fix my Lomi.
I highly recommend this company. They have provided excellent service.

I suffered an issue with my lomi. I made contact through the app. I raised my query and got email confirmation that my query was logged. I received a follow up email shortly after confirming the issue, asking to confirm my details and there was no hassle. My query was addressed and resolved when they reached out on this first contact. By and far the best customer service I've had to deal with in recent years!

We love our Lomi - it's really helped us reduce food waste, and has allowed for us to compost even in an urban setting. Support has been absolutely phenomenal every time we've had to reach out for questions

I had to do some research before contacting Lomi (Pela), but once I isolated the issue, Lomi processed a replacement cooling fan and sent it out promptly. Very courteous and responsive.

I’m the person that loses sleep over waste management because I care so much about our planet. With Lomi any issues I’ve ever had they’ve dealt with them immediately, never losing sleep over my composter 🌿

My experience was great because of good customer service and fast response. Mia assisted me in getting the discount for the new Lomi even though it’s only valid in the US. Also made another cost adjustment because of Victoria Day promo. I also mentioned my old Lomi wasn’t working and I sent a video. She initiated in sending a new fan for my old Lomi. I was expecting a basic customer service , basic response and answers, but Mia surprised me with her initiatives far and beyond.
