Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Beautiful and tasty.

We bought a cake for 14 people from Lola’s Cupcakes for my daughter’s baby shower and it was absolutely perfect. It looked beautiful and tasted even better — we had so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved it! Highly recommended and would definitely order again.

Brilliant cake

Brilliant cake. Stunning to look at and perfect for a special occassion. Not only did it look great but it tasted amazing too. Well packaged for safe transport.
Online ordering was straight forward, communication good and puck up early and straight forward too.

£15 delivery on a £30 cake

I had to pick up the cake in store otherwise it was £15 to be delivered, for a £30 cake, when I was in bearing in mind this is a perishable item and therefore it had to be delivered on a specific date. Lower delivery charges for would be better.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.

I am sorry that you find the delivery fee expensive.
All of our products are freshly baked and prepared at our bakery in London and are packaged and dispatched from here with our own inhouse delivery team.

We use our in house team of drivers for deliveries using our own fleet of mostly electrical refrigerated vans and we do try to keep costs as low as possible.

Lovely cake but abit of a weird experience with the sale teams on collection day!!!

The cake that we got from Lola’s Cupcake was incredible! We literally had people coming back from seconds the only reason why it got 4 stars because the lady that served the cake to my sister was questioning why we put a picture of our cat on the cake! Ask if this matted to her, like we have paid for the extra so does it really matter!! Next time I might just order the cake to the house.

The cake was amazing

The cake was amazing. It was the vegan and gluten free one and everyone loved it. I would only recommend that it is made clear on the website that the cake needs to be in the fridge until serving as I was unaware and luckily managed to fit it in the fridge as we picked it the day before the party
