Driver was very helpful, unlike the one we had in previous years. Dropped the pallet exactly where we needed, unlike previous driver who was rude and cantankerous comments, "I only drop at kerbside, don't have to push it 5 feet to your driveway"

Delivery perfect , quality of logs excellent

This is now the third year that I have ordered a large pallet of logs from Logsforsale. The oak logs are dry and well packed, and have always been delivered on the appointed day. The quality of the logs is always consistently good, and the log size is very uniform. The frame that the logs are packed in keeps them organised and tidy throughout the winter season. The delivery driver placed the pallet directly into my garage, where I just pull the logs out as required. At the end of the season I cut up the pallet and frame to make kindling for the next season. I think this is a much better way of ordering and storing logs than so-called “1 ton” builders bags of loose logs. You can get a lot of logs in a relatively small space. One giant pallet lasts me for the whole winter season. I have a 5kW wood burner that is used just about every evening from November to the middle of March.

I always get my logs from you and you are always reliable.
Unfortunately this time the company you use to deliver messed up .
To start with..they send the wrong lorry out and he was unable to unload our logs
They delivered the next day but were unable to manoeuvre them to where we normally have them put 🤷‍♀️

As always a delivery date is available to be chosen for the delivery which ensures that someone is available to receive logs, also there’s a choice of the type wood.

Item arrived as advertised and on time. The courier was helpful and although a bit grumpy did place the pallet as near to where I waned it. Have brought logs before from this enterprise and always found them to burn well. Would recommend them.
