It is not possible to have contact with LOGO via Email within 2 weeks. The website does not work ok, some thing you can not answer because there is no choice! Very poor.

Terrible service.

They made a simulation for my car, and then for four days I tried to get information from them on how to make the payment. Every day, in the middle of the conversation, the elderly women working at LOGO would simply hang up the phone without explaining anything. Sometimes they said they would call back, but they never did.

Only on the fifth day did they tell me that the first simulation was incorrect and that they would not be able to sign a contract for my car because their system would not allow it, and they didn’t know why.

Even though the car is national and was previously insured by another insurance company without any problems, it raises suspicion that the LOGO staff are incompetent.
Don’t waste your time. A business like LOGO should not exist.

This is not the LOGO I knew many years ago.
I went outside of portugal and needed road assistance on a saturday afternoon. Logo app was a failure. The assistance number was responsive but the international assistant team who they kept transferring me to is just terrible.
They cant be reached directly so it was a ping pong. 4 hrs to get help.
They said the local price of the assistant exceeded my limit, and i agreed to pay. They took another 1 hr to send a payment reference.

Why can't such payment be invoiced to the usual payment method?

Why is international assistant not reachable directly.
When people need help, access should be easy and not through multiple channels.

Too bad i still have a long time on my current renewal. It is not worth it!!!!

Fake reviews. It tracks you constantly but doesn't record/register most of your trips, so you get virtually no points and can redeem virtually nothing. Traveled ~190 km for ~3 h 50 min on a single day. Recorded/Registered 1.1 km for 1 min and awarded me 0 points for an accumulated total of 0 points after ~1 month of use. A friend has 205 points with 2254 km tracked. A €10 Amazon voucher costs 11.000 points. At this pace, he'll need to track 12.000+ km to redeem €10. Considering my experience (~1 km tracked out of ~190 km driven) I'll need to drive ~2.280.000 km to track ~12.000 km and redeem €10.

Tried to get a hold of this insurance company unsuccessfully for around a week now as I very much liked their simulation. They won't even raise a finger to get a new customer, could you imagine the headache if you actually were a customer already?
