They charged me $2 for a logo. then after a while they charged me for $35 subscription unknowingly.

I paid for my logo which was $1.99 and thought that was that. Unknowingly I singed up to their monthly subscription of $30 a month which is ridiculous. I did manage to get a full refund with my banks help to make things worse the logo I purchased isnt comparable to be used on me eccomerse shop as the file is too big. All in all the logo was of good quality but the subscription fees they took without you knowing is morally wrong and unjust. Be careful when paying for a logo on this site.

The company took $1.99 USD for a logo as expected but unknowingly without any option to prevent this, took $35 USD from my account a few days later. There is no option to remove my card on their site and they do not allow you to remove your account. This is blatantly illegal behaviour and I will be contacting their payment provider as it does not seem to be an isolated incident, despite their fake reviews.

I had an issue where I thought I was purchasing a logo, and I actually purchased the monthly subscription. I contacted customer service when I saw the charge on my credit card and they reversed the charge and refunded me immediately. I was extremely surprised, as normally a company allows you to cancel future months, but does not give you a refund. I will definitely continue to use logo.app going forward. As a marketing executive it is a great tool to have, and I'm now extremely impressed with the customer service team.

Excellent service and communication from the team

This is an amazing product, would recommend to anyone who need to create logos of anytype. One caution as I was only trying this and I was charged unaware for 6 months $35 a month - please note to cancel if your not continuing to use this!!

Honestly, I wouldn't have expected to get my money back but this company is not only great for creating logo's but has great customer service. They refunded me back my money in an instant for a subscription I forgot to cancel and I'm very glad for that, try this app out best ai logo creator out there.

Working with logo.app was seamless and simple with great results. The best part though is the customer service that they provide along the journey, and in my case how helpful they were when I was closing out my account. Their customer service team were active listeners and with a customer first mindset.

The app is not good enough. However, my issue is that I cancelled my account 1 month ago. The Logo app still tries to charge a subscription fee from my account. I was expecting such a thing. That's why I blocked them. I don't know how long they will try to charge.
