I initially faced an issue with the software I purchased, and the product key was not working. After posting my review, the support team contacted me and worked to resolve the issue, which I appreciate.
However, I still have concerns regarding the support response time, as I had to post a review to receive timely attention. While the issue was eventually resolved, faster and more proactive customer support would improve the overall experience.
