I applied to work as an Amazon delivery driver through Raina Logistics. They requested all my documents to prove my legal right to work in the UK, which I provided in full. The entire recruitment process took almost a month, including two days of training and driving alongside an experienced driver that I haven't even been paid niether from Raina or Amazon!!
Without any prior warning, both Raina Logistics and Amazon suddenly rejected my application without giving me any reason. I was not contacted or given an explanation, despite following all procedures and committing my time and effort to complete their onboarding process.
I also attempted to contact them for clarification, but I was unable to get any response. This experience felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially after investing so much time into their process. Clear communication and transparency should be the minimum expectation for any recruitment process, and unfortunately, this was not provided here.
