Great prices, but not kept informed of delivery
Certainly Log Burners have unmatched prices on Schiedel twin wall flue. Also, I had a helpful email exchange with Log Burners to clarify a few points prior to making an order.
However, one small but important point: on Log Burners chat I was informed that I would be contacted by the distribution/delivery firm, Specflue, to arrange a delivery slot. But, out of the blue a few days later, the flue just turned up, though fortunately I was in at the time to receive the delivery.
I phoned Log Burners, who told me delivery slots are only arranged for "pallet orders", my order being all in boxes. This seems a strange policy, especially when most firms nowadays keep you informed of delivery via text or email for the most mundane of items.
I would have given Log Burners five stars but for this delivery anomaly.
