Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

I cannot recommend more highly
I cannot recommend Lodge Brothers, Ascot more highly. We have just had the most beautiful funeral for my mother. It was everything we had hoped for, with all the arrangements carried out so thoughtfully and tastefully, and with great care and support throughout.
Hayley and Di are lovely, genuine and deeply kind people. Spending time talking through the arrangements was such a positive and comforting experience for me. Hayley then worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was in place for the funeral and that our wishes were followed to the letter. Everything went so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry at any stage. I felt reassured and gently supported every step of the way.
I fell ill just before the funeral and did not want to change the date. The response I received from the office was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Di arranged live-streaming for me at very short notice, without any fuss or delay. I really cannot thank you enough for this. James, on the day, was really good too.
The whole experience has left us feeling that we were able to give my mother, who will be so greatly missed, a truly wonderful goodbye. A huge thank you to the whole team at Lodge Brothers for helping us create such a comforting and meaningful farewell. It has meant the world to us.

Thanks for a beautiful funeral
This was a brilliant experience in spite of the sad circumstances. Berenice helped us every step of the way and was so kind. There was no point when I felt lost or alone. The funeral was beautifully carried out and Naomi the celebrant was wonderful. The care we received made our loss bearable and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Brothers to any bereaved family.

Profesional and Couteous service
We used Lodge bros because the family had used them previously. We found them to professional and sympathetic. We purchased a funeral plan for mum a year or more before her passing and also purchased a new memorial for the shared plot. Mum's funeral went smoothly and the memorial was put in place in 5 months, well within the 12 month allotted timescale. The memorial was exactly what we wanted and visitors have said how good it looks.

An outstanding experience
Jo and Laura were both compassionate, understanding, patient and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt totally safe in their hands and the end result was just as we hoped. Hazel was very professional and set just the right tone for the service.
Our only issue was the difficulty in getting hold of Jo and the irritating delayed phone system, which we discussed with Jo in person.

The service and care received from all staff at the Walton Thames branch was exemplary. Every detail was explained for the farewell of a loved one, choices of venue, order of service etc resulting in a dignified final goodbye. Similarly the after care was of the same high level.

Outstanding service with compassion and warmth
I found the experience with Lodge Brothers to be seamless from the first point of contact. It’s a very difficult and emotional time but the compassion and help from Nikki and Laura was outstanding, as were the funeral conductor and team on the day of mums funeral. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
