Excellent service. Very fast, extremely polite and nothing too much trouble.

Really good experience with excellent Locksmith. Only downside is side was that he couldn’t get the electronics working for remote opening and locking. So we just a good key the unlocked the drivers door and then started the engine. Asked about back-up key, and was told I needed to speak to the insurance company.

The lock smith that came out to my vehicle was very friendly and helpful went above and beyond great customer service would highly recommend this company to anyone in trouble

After a little confusion at the beginning with the office after I had informed them I was away for two weeks abroad, I found the actual Locksmith to be very helpful, informative and flexible to suit my needs. He worked efficiently and effectively at all times and was punctual and polite.

Was very disappointed with the service from the staff on the phone was told I would get a phone call and had to ring back three times I wait four hours from 4pm till 9 pm my wife is disabled and is on oxygen her bottle lasts approximately 3hours we had to pay to get the car recovered home because we was standard to get told. That they might not arrive till tomorrow I wasn’t happy in the end a guy rang me from a inderpendent company working for the rac who was 100% reliable came to my house done the job he was very professional

I had lost my remote car key but had the manual spare . They came out the next day. Communication about timings excellent. The guy that came was really nice and professional. All done in 20mins. Very pleased
