We used Lockings for the sale of Mums home in York . Although she wanted to sign her own contract she needed our help with all the online forms so as POA I helped her . We were impressed by the extra checks carried out by Lockings to make sure it was Mum wanting to sell and protect her . We would not hesitate to recommend

The lockings team were very helpful in dealing with the purchase. They were always there on the phone for us to explain anything we didn't understand and would recommend. Many thanks to declan and the team
