The whole house was incredibly clean and well maintained. We honestly felt a little bit like we were spending the best summer holidays at our grandparents’ countryside home just with a swimming pool and all the comforts.
A huge plus was the air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as the swimming pool and dishwasher. With a family, these little things make such a big difference and make your stay so much more comfortable.
The owners were absolutely lovely, very friendly and always easy to contact. The location is beautiful and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a wonderful place for a family holiday, I can honestly highly recommend it!

Unfair and non-professional attitude
I returned my car with mild dent under right door, not sure if because of me and they let me pay 800 Euro in addition to previous missing of luggage shelf, without negotiation and not responding to my dispute, I felt un fair treated with non professional attitude

Locauto made everything very easy, both in terms of providing the vehicle we needed and arranging the most convenient drop-off location for us. The paperwork was quick, and the car was brand new. The drop off was also quick and very professional. Everything went perfectly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The process of renting and returning the car went very smoothly and without any complications. The car, a Fiat 600 hybrid, was rented at the Palermo airport after 10 p.m. without prior reservation, which was a pleasant surprise. Returning the car at Catania airport also went smoothly and without any complications. We received an option with full insurance and without having to refuel the car when returning it.

We had an excellent experience with Locauto at Bari Airport. The staff were friendly and professional, and both the pick-up and return process were quick and straightforward. The car was clean, well maintained and almost new. Everything was exactly as booked, the rental terms were clear, and there were no unexpected charges. We had no problems at all and would definitely rent from Locauto again.

Worse than the last time
This time, I got an old, high-mileage, underpowered car. During drop-off, I almost missed my flight due to the mess — the staff couldn't find my reservation, and the car had been assigned to another person (some Marco).

I have been a Locauto customer for many years, unfortunately, for the first time i’m very disappointed. I ordered a compact class car (Peugeot 308 or similar) and received a class B car (Jeep Avanger) which was too small for 5 adults. Moreover, although the car was new, it was handed over to me with no air in one of the tires, so right after leaving the airport on the highway from Bologna to Faenza I had to pump the tire, and throughout the entire stay i had to pump tire every day.
