It was the second time, that I made a booking with locauto.
Great cars, easy pick up ( We made the smart check in before hand, which i really recommend), to bring back the car was even easier and faster than the pick up! Very nice employees, very friendly and helpful. It was again, a wonderful expierence to rent the car with Locauto! As well we booked the full coverage packages, which i really recommend, because of that, everything went so smooth!

It was quick, very simple, and we had an issue with the car boot not being the size we needed. They sorted that out very quickly.

No problem at all car was new and clean all process goes well and I returned car in same condition. I think full insurance is a bit pricy but is required in this part of Italy for your own relax if something happen - plenty of damage cars driving around is it mean they don’t care much about road rules. So buy insurance also if you don’t won’t come back home with big bill.

We received practically new car…
We received great practically new car with 4000 kilometers mileage. Driving it was pure fun. There were no problems with check in and check out. All of earlier scratches were marked in the check in file and staff is talking fluently English. We had only good experience.

Checking in to receive the car was straightforward and efficient. Dropping the car back was the same, quick, and the staff were friendly and quick to ensure everything was in order so we could get to our flight.

Overall very good service
The initial collection of the car involved a 20 minute wait at an empty desk and we then had to wait for the gentleman to log into all the systems before he was able to process our rental. By this time it was late at night and we had to walk around the lot trying to locate the car.
Dropping the car off on return to the airport, however was a pleasure. The attendant was very helpful and efficient. This part of the process could not have been very improved. The car itself was also excellent, clean and a full tank of petrol.
