Everything went smoothly. The pick-up was very fast and professional. Both the person at the counter and the person who handed over the car were very friendly and professional. ​They don't try to push any extra insurance on you.
Before taking the car, existing and any previously unnoticed damage were inspected together. The rental car was clean and everything worked as expected. The drop-off was also very quick and straightforward. I will definitely rent from here again. Thank you!

Very easy check in ,car was clean and welcome was good , one minor niggle was the signage for Locauto was very small when trying to find the drop off at the airport and was easily missed ( which we did) all in all though a hassle free experience

Easy great car good service

Very straightforward taking and giving back - car was in good condition, and clean - not much instruction given as not much English spoken by the car guys, but the office people had ok English. All done on apps, and copies of paperwork supplied on email - service and staff very good - would use again

really not complicated rent. When all the others were in queue at other car rentals, I could acces immediately to the front desk of Locauto. Everything was processed quickly by a very polite Miss.
