Only people willing and ready to give us the right car on a dime. We didn't realize that most Italian companies require an international license until we got to the desk of Europcar. Locauto, because it's related to Enterprise, is fine with American license and proceeded to find the right car for our needs in an airport packed with people waiting for cars. Special shout-out to the Bergamot airport crew for their excellent and friendly service.

Great experience! The car was new and performed very well, and I picked it up in Cagliari without any long waits. The staff at the airport were friendly, professional, and well-prepared. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

I recommend 100% very good fast welcome and do not force your hand for additional insurance, clean car, and on the return I had the opportunity to extend the rental of 12 hours (without any additional cost). Very nice staff, very fast return.

Good prices and pleasant service
As the title says, the prices are very good. The lady that both handled the pickup and return was very pleasant. Also my car was almost brand new which was nice as well.

Despite having a reservation
Despite having a reservation, I had to wait almost three hours in the heat with about 15 other people for a car. And then the car with automatic transmission, which was important to me and for which I paid extra, wasn't available. For three weeks, they couldn't provide me with the car I wanted! All they offered me was a €50 discount for those three weeks. Never again!

Central rental location in Trieste
Central rental location in Trieste with enough cars but you need to know which size car you require for your luggage. Also oil indicator lamp camp on even though we had only done 250km into our trip.
