Truly a very good experience
Truly a very good experience, from the car pick-up in the center of Siracusa (warm, kind and efficient ladies team) to the drop-off in Catania airport, done efficiently and with elegance. Locauto parking is 3 minutes walking from the terminal and this is most helpful, too.

The process to hire and drop the car was made very easy and to suit us. The car we hired was also really nice. Will definitely hire from here again.

We got warned about renting a car in Sicily meaning troubles.
We choosed Locauto after reading about experiences on trustpilot.
Full stars from us to Locauto, great receiving in Siracusa, nice and clean car, good price even with the all inclusive insurance. Easy drop off in the airport of Catania.
We will definitely rent at Locauto again.

Excellent rental experience
Excellent rental experience. Van was new, clean, with a full tank of gas. Paperless transaction. Only drawback was a bit of a wait to receive the vehicle (which was apparently parked 1km from the rental office).

Quick, easy car hire at Syracuse
Locauto were able to supply a car straight away on a Saturday. Paperwork was pretty straightforward and returning the car was easy - just a quick check that we had not added any scratches. All documentation was sent instantly by email.
