Overall the experience was good. We got (eventually) a very good car in a great condition. The check in and check out were efficient and the service people in the parking lot were friendly and helpful. The only thing that almost turned this review upside down is that when we came to check in to get the car, we were given an Opel Astra instead of Audi A3, which they claimed was the same category even though it is smaller (especially the trunk) and were not willing to switch to another car model in the same category, only to upgrade in extra 330Euro. When we saw the Astra, we understood that even our relatively small luggage (only trollies) will not fit in. However, the nice and friendly people in the parking lot found us a different car of the same category that fitted to our purposes and made the switch on the spot. So eventually we had a great trip with a great car that fitted our needs (5 stars). But it could easily be the other way unless we insisted to find another model. So overall - 4 stars.

Pretty good with comunicating, give us feedback, and small cars perfect for the small streets in Napoli. Although everything was good, I suggest everyone to be carreful about choosing the engine, because if you go to trips around, there are a lot of mountain hills and steep streets, and you need a more powerfull car.

You must show with a pin on google maps the pick up point exactly, I had a problem to understand the pick up point of the shuttle bus!
Otherwise all good and friendly staff

The booking process for the car was easy, and the pick up desk at Naples airport was much quicker than some we have experienced (and others in that same airport!). There was no aggressive upsell from anyone. Getting to the car was easy with a complementary shuttle from the airport, the team were expecting us with a good quality car of the right class ready. Handover was easy and friendly, and staff had fluent English. They even helped us install our own car seat! The car was perfect for our needs. We dropped the car off with Marco at the end of our holiday and he made it easy, fast and fuss free. We would 100% recommend.

Rented a Supra Leon in August 2026. Check-in was fast and there is a regular shuttle driving you to the nearby rental car parking lot (5 min). Check-out was fast as well and lady friendly when double checking gas level etc.
