Easy check in at Naples airport
Easy check in at Naples airport, no pushy sales scaring you into getting additional insurance. Once I had told Marco I had insurance with a broker, he accepted it. Explained all I needed to know about the car and how to get to it. Drop off easy, the young man checked the car over and wasn't actively looking to find issues with.
I was very worried about renting a car in Naples and it turned out to be one of the easier rentals I have experienced.

The check-in service was very professional and attentive. They explained everything to us, and we left without any doubts. The vehicles provided were in very good and reliable condition. The check-out process was equally professional, quick, and without much bureaucracy. Staff 5 starts.

Excellent Experience
We choose Locauto as they are part of Enterprise who we use in the UK. Their price was only slightly more than the budget companies with much lower scores. The car was as described & all existing dents/scrapes were identified. Upon return, the process was easy. The check out was quick (admittedly no issues with damage) & the staff member was lovely. A good experience & would rent from them again.

Good communication up front
Good communication up front, having allready confirmation that you «knew» me as a client —> then I didn’t need to use much time on key-pickup!! Effectively recieved the first night. PERFECT small car for Amalfi! And then on our last day - returning the car: being met by this fabulous guy MARCO —> taking all MY stress completely down, effectively helping me and my kids, THANK YOU!!

Great experience
In the airport you have a whole floor for all rent companies. The girls welcoming me were so nice. I had made a reservation of a manual car but big for 5 persons, they did not have this specific car but made everything possible to get one. You take a shuttle to the parking lot which comes every 10 minutes so it’s very practical. The guys at the parking were super nice and appreciated that I spoke a bit Italian, I think it’s always cool to show you are doing your best to fit it! The car was super recent, clean and easy to drive. I took it for 1 week and the check out went perfectly. Great experience!
