Easy pickup and drop off. The car matched my expextations really well.

The original vehicle was great. understaffed at pickup of car. But we got going. We had issues a few days into the rental and ended up in a tiny car ! Not what we had rented. When we complained through several channels they put us into a larger SUV that still wasn’t as big as the original and several steps lower in quality. I was told too bad it’s what we have. Then drop off at the airport was not marked and it took over an hour of driving around in circles to get there. The ticket charge is ridiculous as they don’t pay them Just a cash grab. Overall not a great experience.

The person that gave us the car in Florence was not very patient, being a digital all round type Fiat, we needed to know more ab. the functions. Tailgate so high to reach once open and the button to tap for automatic didn't work. Radio and AC noise made it difficult to understand the GPS. Advice for you: give the renter the right Bldg. of the Airport where the car will be returned please. That should be possible or?

We had a reservation with another company and they would not accept our credit card. We walked over to Locauto asked if they had a car available and would take our card and the girl was VERY helpful!! She saved our vacation!

Fantastic service, absolutely painless in terms of pick up and return. No deposit needed, contrary to other agencies. The car was brand new, swift, reliable and economic. I will definitely come back and keep recommending it among friends.

Everyone was kind and helpful, the cars were clean. We did have to put oil into one of them but that was easy enough. My only recommendation for a better experience would be to put a toll pass in each car and charge the customer at the end. Sometimes the credit card option didn't work at the tolls and then it was a scramble to find the change! It would have made the trip that much better to know we could sail through the pass lane and pay later! Otherwise all was great. I would absolutely rent from Locauto again!
