Excellent experience from start to finish. The pickup location was easy to find, the instructions were clear, and the car was clean and exactly as expected. Customer service was fantastic, both at the desk and when collecting the vehicle. Everything was smooth, quick, and hassle-free with no fuss or faff. We’ll definitely be using Locauto again on our next trip. 10/10!

Not very user friendly company.
The original vehicle was great. understaffed at pickup of car. But we got going. We had issues a few days into the rental and ended up in a tiny car ! Not what we had rented. When we complained through several channels they put us into a larger SUV that still wasn’t as big as the original and several steps lower in quality. I was told too bad it’s what we have. Then drop off at the airport was not marked and it took over an hour of driving around in circles to get there. The ticket charge is ridiculous as they don’t pay them Just a cash grab. Overall not a great experience.
