Renting was very fast and easy, efficient and helpful staff.
Renting was very fast and easy, we had previously made reservation, with zero amount blocked from credit card. This option was very convenient because nowadays the car rental companies constantly increase the amounts they block on your card if you don't buy their additional insurance, and they sell extremely expensive insurances compared to what is available online. This sum often stays blocked for the whole 45 days period which is provided from credit card companies.
In Locauto everything was as described, and the process of receiving the car was very fast compared with other companies. The employees were efficient and helpful. The returning also was fast and easy. And within 10-15 minutes we were ready.
We hire cars very often in different countries, from different companies and we have seen a lot of malpractices, but I can truly recommend Locauto.

Hassle free rental
Hassle free rental, good staff and quick processing times. We were on the road in no time, and returning was easy too. We went with the Dont Worry insurance for peace of mind, which I would recommend.

Best car rental experience we've had. Car was just OK but in good condition. But felt like a transaction and not like a scam which most car rental companies make you feel. Will def use again.

Everything went fast and the car was…
Everything went fast and the car was quite new (13.000km). Even I had an unexpected updgrade that I appreciated a lot.
But... in the Conditions say you have to contact the office in case you will not arrive on time. My flight delayed a couple of hours and I tried to call to the office more than ten times but nobody picked up the phone. It was impossible to contact them.

It was easy to book, pick up and return the car.
There was no gps-navigator in the small car we got so we had to use our phones for navigation.
