The helpdesk failed!
Firstly our experience was good. The employees were helpful, we were given a nice clean car but the problem began when we wanted to return the car. The machine in parkinglot was broaken so we call the helpdesk and after a few unsuccessful attempts to dictate the address to us (the lady didn't speak English well), she simply hung up. Luckaly the place where we rent the car was still open and the stuff help us.

The car did not have window liquid but the rest was ok. It looks a little expensive 80 euros for one day, but it seems that these are the prices right now.

The gentlemen who assisted us with check-in and getting our vehicle were fantastic—friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy.
The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the car. The interior was clean and perfectly fine, but the exterior had not been washed before we picked it up.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.

The adress LOCAUTO informs …18C, is the Parking Lot Next Door.
There is adtional problem with luggage. The LOCAUTO parking lot is far from Train Station in Bari- and there are stairs and dangerious crossing for pedestrians.
Adtionally , LOCAUTO must better identify its parking lot or improve GPS, WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS friendly use.

You sign the car damage declaration in the office without a site visit. It's better to take photos to avoid problems, because the company sent me a damage diagram much less detailed than the actual damage. I quickly responded, informing them that I have photo documentation showing the remaining damage. I suggest the company change its procedures and go out with the customer to inspect the car before signing the declaration.
