Booking process was smooth and clear what I need to choose. Payment was fast and easy online. Staff on site was very professional and easy to talk to. Have explained everything in simple and clear terms. All needed info was received via e-mail.

Great experience with Locauto
The pick up was very fast when using smart check in which I reccomend. Everyone was very helpfull trying to make the expirience as fast and as pleasent as possible. The car was what I booked and just great.

Puglia 26 tour
Simple booking process through the Booking.com website. Speedy processing of licences etc in the airport arrivals, then a short walk to collect the car, upgrade to what I ordered, and we were on our way in about 5 minutes.
Return process was equally as efficient with staff on hand.

Friendly helpful staff, no queues, no attempt at up selling. Just quick and efficient service and pick-up and drop off. I wish Locauto were in other countries besides Italy.

Only small thing: the window wiper has wiped in stripes.

Professional and Efficient Service
The experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was quick and straightforward. In just a few minutes, they solved the problem we had with another rental company (Europcar).
We were in a difficult situation because we were left without a car despite having a prepaid reservation with Europcar. However, the team at Locauto responded quickly and efficiently. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, with very little waiting time and exceptionally friendly and professional staff.
The price was higher than expected, but I understand that this was due to the last-minute booking and the high demand for rental cars at the time.
I highly recommend them.

Good quality, efficient staff
The quality (quite new car in good condition, fair price), the quick hand over process when picking up the car and at the return, the staff, which was very friendly and efficient. I can really recommend Locauto to rent a car.
