Convenient service and friendly staff. The car was handed over and returned very quickly. I had the most basic Fiat Panda. The fuel tank wasn’t completely full, and the car wasn’t exactly new, but they accepted it back without any questions about the condition of the interior — there was quite a lot of sand on the floor from going to the beach.

So, for what I needed, it was a perfect experience.

I don’t know whether I would choose Loco auto next time because of first car was total disaster, I wasn’t seen awful and uncleared car. Then I received absolutely awful unclear seat with destroyed cover for my sone. I would not borrow this car and seat to my enemy.

Second car was significantly better but procol didn’t contained all notes about all damages, it was needed to report it to and extend the protocol. Second seat was also better, but …..

Simply it is hard to trust this company because at the end I had a discussion about state of fuel, because requested wasto have it full filled, exactly full filled, but I didn’t receive call full filled. Luckily I had photo documentation for this.

Loco auto team in Bari is totally untrustworthy and tragic.

Top-notch service! I rented a new Peugeot from Locauto in Bari Airport and I couldn't be happier. The car was in pristine condition and performed great. The staff members were incredibly professional, friendly, and very clear in their communication. I will definitely be using them again on my next trip!

Everything was in accordance with the reservation.

The car had a serious battery problem. Twice during the same weekend, the car would not start, and we had to push it to get it running again.

Unfortunately, our experience with Locauto’s customer service was also very poor. The call center staff were rude and repeatedly ended the calls without even giving us enough time to properly explain the problem.

When we finally managed to explain the situation to someone, the only solution Locauto offered was for us to return to the original rental office to exchange the car. However, we were traveling around Puglia, far from the original office, so doing this would have meant losing almost an entire day of our trip. Locauto did not seem concerned about the inconvenience and simply transferred the responsibility of solving the problem to us.

A rental company should properly check the condition of the battery before giving a car to a customer. Having a car that suddenly does not start is a serious issue, especially when you are traveling in remote areas, far from the rental office, and in very hot weather.

Overall, we were very disappointed with both the condition of the car and the way Locauto handled the situation.

Absolutely NO hustles even though our pick up time was delayed because of plane delay. Nor any problems at the end of our rental. All went down very smooth contrary to other rentals I’ve done in Italy in the past. Thank you
