Good: Locauto didn’t try to sell additional services. Pick-up and delivery process was fast. The cars are in a zone close to the terminal. Could be improved: we initially received a very dirty car. Only after having complained we were given a cleaner one. No information was given about the car. We had to sign the documents ‘blindly’ before seeing the car.

We gave 5 stars but we have one remark. Returing the car in early morning is not solved in the best way. We were suposed to leave the car on the parking and to leave the key in the key box inside the airport that was not explained at the begining.
What we didn’t like is that no one of Locauto employees was not there to check the car that we left on the parking that is not supervised.

Good car rental with no hidden fees or head pain
Car rental company with no head pain or exploits.
I rented the car online but with the option to pay at the counter (even though was a bit more expensive like this).
The car i received had only 10 km on board, so it was a great experience having basically a new car.
I rented the car with the "Dont worry" option, because we had planned over 1000 km to explore and we had our return flight early in the morning when the dropoff office was not opened.
I had no surprises and hidden costs after dropping the car. I even waited a few weeks before giving the review, in case there were some hidden fees after dropping the car.
Will definitely return to Locauto when in Italy.
