Why allocate an advisor that won't travel?
Was first asked for my location which I provided. Then spent considerable time providing details and arranging a meeting with a "local" advisor, only to be cancelled by them a few days later as the location was "out of area". Offered a new appointment weeks away. Very frustrating.

It would appear that the specialist was not aware of my specific concerns, albeit that information was given in stage 1 of the process. Not having specific information would require him to do specific searches which would require more time .

Fantastic response time and Rachel is a star.
The response to my email was super quick, Rachel was absolutely superb, could not ask for better. Made an appointment then and there for a face to face with an adviser, and, followed that with emails directly after our call. Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this service so far as there are others out there not too interested but tell you how much they charge.
