My wife and I did the 4 pasta cooking class with Cristina. She greeted us in front of her beautiful home and showed us around. We began by making tiramisu from scratch. She then served local wine and charcuterie while we relaxed on her porch. After, she walked us through the 4 traditional pastas and we cooked (and ate!) each. They were delicious and she made it a fun and educational experience. I recommend this to anyone looking to learn more about traditional Roman cuisine and have a great night out. Thanks Cristina!

The best part of our vacation in Rome! Highly recommend. We did the pizza and gelato tour and it was the best food we had all trip.

Crisitina gave us a very warm welcome at her home. The cooking class was very exciting, we learned to cook 5 dishes (4 pasta and tiramisu) all with great result, the one even more tasty than the other. Now we can take the Rome cuisine home with pride.

My wife and I recently did the Rome food tour and had a great time! The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and took us to some great spots that we otherwise would have missed. The food and drink were excellent and plentiful such that if you complete the tour you should not need dinner reservations. Excellent experience!

We did the Rome Street Food Walking Tour on our first day in Rome and it did not disappoint. Our guide was very friendly, passionate and informative and we learned lots about Italian food, culture and history. Was a really good activity for us to do first before venturing off on our own the rest of our time in Rome. We also enjoyed the food and drink we tried. Thank you for the great experience! Would definitely do again when we visit again.

We took the early morning tour of Rome with Francisco. It was both entertaining and educational. His knowledge and passion for Rome and its history was exceptional. A hight of our Raman experience.

The meeting of Benny was awesome. It was a great surprise from my wife. And to have Benny as our host for the wine and cheese tasting was phenomenal. The way everything was introduced and what makes one cheese and what wine different from the others was phenomenal. I highly recommend her and her sister and the company and the restaurant that we attended for this. The food was outstanding. The service was exceptional, bon appétit

Last night we did a Wine, Cheese & Cold cut tasting experience with Benny! She and I corresponded for a couple of months, leading up to our visit, planning this as a surprise for my Italian born husband. The experience far exceeded my expectations!!! We had an amazing 3 hours with Benny….it was an unforgettable experience!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Discovering Rome early in the morning with no crowds really makes a huge difference. Our guide Marco was awesome and gave great explanations and historical facts. Definitely would recommend this tour on the first day so that you can discover Rome while knowing what you’re looking at!

Everything about our Aperitivo Experience was incredible, the drinks, the food, and the wonderful places we went to. Above everything though, was our guide Eric, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also so much fun to get to know! At the end of the tour, he even brought us to one of his favorite restaurants and got us a table on a very busy night. I can’t wait to book another experience when we are in Italy again.

Fadi is an excellent guide and is very knowledgeable about the architecture and history of Florence. He brought us to a wonderful wine bar with a truffle focused menu before bringing us to the house of Negroni where the drink was invented. We had a wonderful night, ate and drank well, and learned a lot!

Benny was wonderful! She was friendly, fun and eager to share her knowledge. We loved her stories and humor but most of all her accent! Highly recommend! We made many memories today with Benny and a new friend! Todd and Jill

This was on the of the absolute highlights of our 2 week trip to Italy. Our tour guide, Francesco, was incredible! He was so knowledgeable about Rome and all of the sites that we visited. He weaved in the past with how the sites are currently used. We were able to see EVERYTHING before others even thought about waking up. With how busy Rome gets, this was invaluable and allowed us to use our 2 days in Rome more wisely. Would encourage anyone to take advantage of this sunrise tour opportunity!

We booked an evening wine and food tour with local aromas as we had previously booked with them and had a fantastic experience. It was the first visit to Rome for our two friends travelling with us and we thought it would be a perfect introduction for them.
We thoroughly enjoyed our few hours with our guide Eric who was so knowledgeable We learnt lots about local food and wine, visiting places we would not have found ourselves. Walking the city at night learning about some of the history of the area was fascinating. Local aroma tours are a must do when visiting Rome.

Booking with Local Aromas is a must while visiting Italy. The food tour Benny put together allowed us to taste the local cuisine and learn how to distinguish which establishments are frequented by locals versus tourists. We tasted some of the best food we ever ate and would have never known about if it was not for her. Our second evening consisted of an olive oil tasting (a must if you love to cook!) and an authentic Roman meal made by local chef Crisitina. All of our food was amazing, the information learned invaluable and most importantly, the company my husband and I shared (both evenings) is already one of our best shared memories. Benny is one of the most friendly and welcoming people my husband and I have ever met. She is the perfect person to be around if you are excited and open to learning about culture, having human experiences and wanting to stimulate your senses and creativity. I hope my future travels involve crossing paths with Local Aromas again! Thank you again for everything Benny!
