Support said they clawbacked all my assets 10000 worth and then claim in neeed to put 10000 more to get it back And they have thousands of complaints just like me reported to law enforcement

Stay away from this app! It’s an absolute scam. They recommended LOBSTR Vault so I downloaded it. The signature locked in pending status which without it I could not do complete any transactions. No help desk it goes to an error page, no physical address to write them, no phone number to call them, no live chat, no support chat. I have emailed them multiple times with zero answers. I tried to reset my account with my secret code and now all of my crypto I purchased is GONE!! Do not use this app unless you want to loose your money!! There is no one to help you if you have any issue!

Do NOT TRUST THEM IS A SCAM, I tested with 88 xl, could not retrieve. Sending emails, response NEED TO WAIT! A SCAM! ☹️

I would put zero but I can't screw this I wouldn't recommend period I sent 265 xlm and it never came in my account so happy I didn't do more but I wrote emails and still nothing no one gives a sheet. Hands down the worst waste of time and money .

I have written LOBSTR help service 7 times with no reply. This is about a coin I bought on LOBSTR (two options offered by LOBSTR to purchase) that I cannot trade or swap. I have no control over what I purchased. I have tried endlessly to contact anyone from THIS company to no avail. I can only enjoy watching the value of what I purchased increase with no control over the coin itself. WORDS FAIL TO CAPTURE THE DISAPPOINT IN A COMPLETE LACT OF INTEREST OR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lobstr probably will be a good wallet when they get through all their development... but as for now, they rely on MoonPay for card processing to load money into the wallet and you cannot cash out of the wallet without installing other third party vendors' apps.

Right now it is useless to most people... You can't get money in the wallet... and you can't get money out.

I'd like to try this when they finish their product.

it is a very nice app to use for sending coins/money.
it is very fast and very comfortable.
I think with time and few updates it could become a very big exchange

So far so good, easy to use, with a nice interface. I will watch and wait and see how it develops, but for now its 4 stars.

Great till now. The only thing confusing was, when they asked for a 'one-time-password', but at least I've found a solution on YouTube ("Lobstr.co Login Asks For One-Time Password") for this. Hopefully they will improve this. Apart from that, everything went pretty well so far and transfer of XLM back to Binance worked super fast (faster than vice-versa) and transfer minimum was lower than from Binance (which usually is the benchmark). With better wording on the one-time-password if would give 5 stars so far. Hope they keep up the good work.
