I have had an account with lobster for 6 years went to send funds into something more secure !! This Lobster account is a straight scam unable to move funds can not swap send ..O but the will let me buy more DO NOT USE LOBSTER WALLET OR ANY PRODUCTS THEY HAVE !!!

Once I invested my money, there was no way to get it out. I invested thousands in XRP& XLM. Then the account was hacked and drained. There is no one to reach out to for any type of customer service- no phone number, you create a ticket and never heard from anyone again. It's a black hole. Huge scam!!!

Through the assistance of Zent ri Coup s, I reclaimed my funds.

It's been over three consecutive years without access to my funds on LOBSTR sure the LOBSTR Vault. Although have my private keys and everything else. No one can from support can assist me at all. This is UNETHICAL.

Lobstr Wallet has so many SCAM fake assets on it, stay away, yes you can still trade with some legitimate assets, but hte fact that the wallet allows so many fake assets to be created and traded, as allowed millions to loose so much money. VERY HIGH STAY AWAY. When you do yout Crypto Tax Reporting, its a nightmare. Trust me.

Lobstr is a scam site. Their affiliated sites also scams. If you don’t want to LOSE your money go elsewhere. They made big claims and haven’t followed through on any of them. The application is riddled with dodgey coins which are probably owned by them. No one will get back to you when you request assistance and you can’t get your currents funds out.

A secure website with multiple security - password, 12 secret words, backup keys. Never save onto your phone or computer so nobody can access it.

I created a new account and successfully completed one transaction. On my second, I was in a rush and noticed a contact already saved in my address book. Since I hadn’t added anyone myself and assumed it came from my first transaction, I sent funds to it.

Big mistake - turns out the address belonged to LOBSTR themselves, not my intended recipient. Support admitted it was their wallet but refused to explain why it was in my contact. My support ticket was simply labelled "Donation". They returned only less than 20% of my funds, taking $50 USDC as a so-called “donation fee.”

There is no mention of this default contact and this GBID…GSGJ donation account on their website.

The contact could have had a label like "Donation" but nope, instead they left it blank. Obviously this is still my fault for not checking, but this also a predatory setup from them and a huge red flag. Very disappointing because this was my first experience using Stellar to transact; I chose lobstr due to all the positive comments I saw on my Google searches.

Good. Please confirm the domains not to buy scam tokens.

lobstr is just a stellar wallet but numerous bad actors create scam tokens on the stellar networks

All good till now, never had any issue for 8 months. I never needed to use support, so I can’t classify it good or bad, despite many claim it doesn’t work well. Stellar is open source and has many scammers operating on it and many tokens are fake. Só it’s our job to verify the domains and stabilish trust lines.

Scam website, I think they paid trustpilot to delete my review but i will not be silenced, my $2000 was stolen by these frauds, Rose Lane GP is on the case.

I have not had access to my assets in almost 14 months since adding the Vault. I have informed support and sent many screen shots regarding the problem but the issue is not being addressed. I keep getting the same response.

it's so laggy to use on a desktop or laptop, that it's basically useless, had the wallet for nearly 2 years and just consider the site rubbish, have been able to send XLM to another wallet once, but apart from that, i never use it, log on every couple of months to see if usage has got better, but NO, utter waste of time, go else where than lobstr

Am locked out of wallet, being told none of my security phrases, email, etc is valid. Have lodged support ticket multiple times over many months. Nobody has ever responded. Thousands of dollars worth of assets are in that wallet.

Human content. Customer service must be AI generated. The same answer for any help ticket. I want to disable lobstr vault app. It cannot be done from their directions. I cannot confirm any transactions. So my account is basically frozen in time. Big mistake connecting lobstr vault. Lobstr itself was working ok. I was just trying to protect my account which I have had for a while.

Wow .!! Despise all the negative reviews I came to a conclusion people loose their tokens due to lack of knowledge. I have Lobster Wallet for the past 2yrs and finally decided to send my XLM to Robinhood Platform. First I was skeptical but when I received all my XLM back to Robinhood I was relief and knew its not a scam. When you swap or purchase token in Lobster wallet it clearly says LOBSTER DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS TOKEN that is a RED flag and stay away from that token but if it says LOBSTER SUPPORT it then we good. My experience #Saludos GOOD LUCK !!

You have to connect your wallet to stellar term before you start purchasing tokens. Always verify the stellar contract first.
