Mobile Recharge is not a currency exchange service, it is a transfer of goods. This means it abides by other conventions and partnerships. That's why the Mobile Recharge service we provide does not guarantee the normal rate you receive for money exchange (with your local financial institution for example).
The processing fee we have on our website is established according to agreements we have with providers in different parts of the world and they reflect multiple international payments.

I don't get the for what i py i talk to the person and she said never get anything because i try to call and i can contact to her.

Not responsible for delivering services

As soon as you purchase minutes for someone in El Salvador they are not responsible if the person receives or not. They say you have to call the provider over there which is very difficult.
Your reply is exactly what I am saying. You don't know how difficult if not impossible is to contact those providers.

Every invoice sent for each order contains provider information so that, if needed, customers can contact the operator and check the credit on a specific number.
Terms and conditions displayed on the website state that "Once the recharge is accepted by the operator whose contact information is available on the invoice, the operator becomes responsible for completing the recharge."

In case additional information is needed, our Customer Service agents are available 24/7.

I’m very happy with the service...

I’m very happy with the service and how organized the website is and how easy it’s to top up my account. Connection is great most of the time. Last call was cut off out of nowhere even though I had plenty of minutes but that would be the first time. I’ve been a customer since around 2005.

We don't charge the unanswered calls, since that is not logical.
Yet, there are some special situations to consider, for example when a call reaches the Voice Mail of the called party, the connection is established in order to send the voice message, thus these calls look as if connected and billed accordingly.
Please star rate any problematic / suspicious call in the future, so we can get notified and investigate it.
