The giraffe was excellent - much better even than the pictures - highly delighted. Given the worldwide issues with deliveries at the moment there was always going to be some challenges getting delivery on time but all issues were dealt with sensibly and helpfully and the overall customer service, in difficult times, was excellent.

Amazing customer service. Very rarely does a company produce some of the most stunning pieces of furniture , artwork and interior design. They are so professional and friendly to sending ideas for where to putting or hanging the artwork. Everything we've bought is well made and stylish. Impressive service. It's the best service to buy furniture for our new house.

I was very impressed with they offered though a little bit skeptical as I know pictures can be deceiving.

I contacted they customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful! They invited me to visit they showroom. Then they kept me updated about the status of my order.

In the end they gave me the best birthday present. They delivered my furniture weeks ahead of delivery date (I preorder in winter) so I can celebrate outside.

Very rarely does a company produce not only amazing customer service but also some of the most stunning pieces of furniture, artwork and interior decor. Andrew and his team couldn’t do more to help from showing us pieces at their warehouse, sending ideas for spaces we were looking to fill and then personally delivering and putting together / hanging the artwork. We are going to buy more from LivingZtyle for the garden and inside - everything we’ve bought is well made, ethically sourced, oozes style and feels original and special. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. We randomly found Livingztyle a couple of weeks ago when searching the internet for furniture for our new house and found an absolute gem 💎

Can only agree with the rest of the feedback. We bought a large, heavy piece of wall art, which Andrew offered to hang for us as it was so heavy. Little did he know we planned to hang it on a 12 foot wall. And little did we know that Andrew is thorough, methodical and had Mauritsz in tow.

The bottom line is service is above and beyond, Andrew cares about what he sells, and as a talented designer has a good eye for what works and what doesn’t. You’re getting a lot more than you pay for here.

Best customer service I’ve ever had! They are available instantly on WhatsApp or by calling. They even sent me extra photos of my item so I could check it out in different lighting, and compared 2 items for me that I was choosing between. My order arrived within a few days and is of really high quality! Would 100% recommend and for that detailed level of customer service and such beautiful products at good prices, I would choose them over any large furniture company any day!

The 4 dining chairs I ordered arrived quickly and well packaged. They were all ready assembled (which is a pleasant surprise these days) but 2 of the chairs needed the wooden bungs removing on the rear of the legs to enable me to re-tighten the allen keys which were very loose. Removing the bungs was difficult because they had been hammered in tightly and I had to repair the slight scratches I had to make removing them. Had I assembled them from start myself, this would not have happened. However, I'm happy with the chairs now they are solid.

Purchased a credenza sideboard cabinet.

The build quality is excellent - it is a really high end product and no expense has been spared in the materials and fittings.

The customer service provided by Andrew and Mauritsz was exceptional.

I will definitely buy from them again.

Friendly and efficient service from these guys right from my initial contact, through to delivery and removal of my old sofa.
Nothing has been too much trouble, such as providing additional information such as photos and dimensions, really happy with the Hornbill sofa when it arrived great quality and comfort, I am glad I took the risk of buying unseen (due to COVID lockdown) which was helped by the quality of communication both from the Sales, admin and the delivery guys

It is a beautiful work of art. I mistakenly chose female instead of male but don’t regret it. It is so beautiful and looks high end. The quality is amazing. I will 100% recommend.

Fantastic personal service.
I received a phone call to say a mirror that I’d ordered was larger than the size stated on the website (normally great to get more for your money!) sadly my room isn’t big enough. I was given the option to cancel the order and received a refund within days.
