Bad delivery... Good product lol
Product works. But how long it took to get it was the problem. After ordering the product it sed delivery would be 2-3 days. After a week I tried to contact them via email and call for multiple days. Then after a week I got a txt saying that they had run out of the juice and new stock would be arriving within a week. Well all in all it took 2-3 weeks to get tge product. Absolutely poor communication from LIVINGJUICY. Could have it on their site that they are out of stock. Or somewhere before you confirm your payment. Other than that the product works lol

Thank you Joe for resolving this issue as it has been a busy year with covid, appreciate the call back and a replacement of the order, this product definitely works as to why I keep buying not only for my daughters but also for my nieces and I only re-apply once a month if needed for thicker hair as I find it better than those brought off the shelf, should look into getting them in chemists everywhere.

I think the product is amazing! Only thing is I'd love to see a smaller brush with not so full on spikes. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old that it's to big to brush threw their hair.

We've definitely talked about a smaller brush. One day hopefully. It's a long process to get a smaller brush from a thought to n actual product. But we're on the same page... definitely for the little kids, and handbags for our premium holistic hair-care range

Product is AMAZING! I’ve had so much trouble trying to eliminate parasites from my daughters hair. For 3 years straight I’ve had problems, I can clean her hair and even with constant brushing in a week her hair is packed again. I’ve only been using your product for 3days now and my daughters hair is still free from lice. Your brush is awesome! Oil and conditioner is awesome. And even better that it’s NZ made. Absolutely love this product totally recommend.
It works wonders . Money well spent after years of buying that parasidose my girls are finally rid of them darn creepy crawlies . Use the conditioner twice a week and brush every morning and before bath . It's amazing
