I cannot recommend LiveMore mortgages highly enough. I am 68 and run my own business but previous mortgage advisors told me that my income would be ignored because of my age despite the fact I would have had £1m in equity in my house after remortgaging. Mark Finan was extremely helpful and efficient and my mortgage was completed with a few weeks. For e.g. my house was valued one day and the mortgage offer was received the following day. I am using the mortgage to help my son buy a flat - better that I help him now than in the future.
