The only disappointment was that, having selected the date for delivery, which was the recipient's birthday, they arrived the day after.

There was an error in the address so the cakes were not delivered - the response from the bakery was to be extremely hostile, rude and passive aggressive... and to demand more money. Then block me!

Please note, as a general rule, when an order is placed, we rely on the delivery address provided by the customer to ensure a successful delivery. To help prevent mistakes, we always send out a confirmation email and an order completion email so the customer can review the order details—including the delivery address—and correct any errors before dispatch.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order cannot be delivered, there are costs involved in resending it. However, in recognition that errors can happen, we do not ask the customer to cover the full amount. Instead, we share the responsibility by covering half of the resending cost ourselves. This policy helps us maintain fairness while still ensuring the order reaches the customer as smoothly as possible.

Beautifully made cakes
Beautifully made cakes, delivered so delicately. There was so much choice I will definitely be ordering again. I purchased additional chocolates, but the wrong item was sent, however the customer care team resolved the issue with the correct item recieved not 24 hours later. They were amazing!

My mini cakes arrived all in tact, arrived on day requested.
The cakes were slightly smaller than I was expected. They were absolutely delicious and I will definitely order again for a gift for someone.

The cakes I shared with family who are going on holiday to Canada at weekend for their wedding anniversaries. Although small, they were absolutely delicious and very moist, not dry at all. A huge success all round. Thank you and the wide choice was great and made it harder to choose.

Vegan mix and match cake selection
Delivered on time ,packed well and arrived intact. The cakes are for my niece who follows a vegan diet for health reasons.

Beautiful and Tasty Little Cakes Def order again…
Royal Mail delivered the cakes a day late, but my guests still enjoyed them the day after. They were quite taken with the little cakes and wanted to know where I bought them from. My visitors were from Australia. If they come again, I will make sure I order double the quantity as they cleared the lot. Lol.

Delicious Dainty Delights
Easy to order and to choose the date to deliver meant they arrived on my sister's birthday on the 14th August even though I only ordered on the 12th.
Had chosen a mixed box and chose 9 different cakes and every one was delicious.
Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend to others.

From opening the website to ordering to delivery was smooth and simple.
The choice is incredible and I wanted to try everything, so making a choice was difficult.
